GloverPriest Solicitors Anmeldelser

Stephen, Nadine and Paige at Glover Priest Solicitors were the conveyacing team for the purchase of a property via a Will Trust.
I found the team to be professional, efficient, proactive, communicative and knowledgeable. They made what could have been very complicated, extremely easy to navigate and brought the purchase in earlier than expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving house and in need of excellent conveyancing services.

Charlotte and the team we worked with were great. They were friendly, always quick to respond and very helpful at all points along the way. Many thanks!

The experience I have had with Elizabeth and her team (Nadine and Amanda) at Glover Priest has been second to none! We tasked them with the impossible of helping us complete prior to the stamp duty deadline and gave them 7 short weeks to achieve the unthinkable. Not only did they help us achieve this, but they did it in such a manner I have NEVER experienced with solicitors. As an ex-estate agent of 15 years, I have had my fair dealings with conveyancers and legal firms but these ladies have been fantastic from start to finish. Kept totally in the loop from start to finish, things were done when they said they were going to be done and properly. No corners cut and thorough despite the pressing time frame. I have already passed out their details amongst my agency contacts and will continue to do so. They are by no means the cheapest firm on the market (although they are competitive) but the adage 'you get what you pay for' certainly rings true here!

Thank you for all your hard work!

We found Stephen Johnson and the wider conveyancing team great to work with, very attentive, efficient and thorough. They were very good at explaining the issues in layman’s terms and helping to find pragmatic solutions. We wouldn’t hesitate to use you again in the future.

Best solicitors I’ve ever used for a house move. Always answers your calls, replies to emails very quickly and Stephen did everything in his power to resolve any hiccups that came up. 100% recommend.

I recently went through a divorce, and I could not have asked for better support than what I received from Salvia Akram and Cathy Jones. From the very beginning, they treated my case with sensitivity, professionalism, and a level of understanding that was truly comforting during such a challenging time.

Salvia's and Cathy's attention to detail and strategic guidance made the entire process much smoother than I ever anticipated. They were always available to answer my questions and provided reassurance every step of the way. Their dedication and expertise led to a successful resolution, and I am incredibly grateful for their support.

Thank you, Salvia and Cathy, for your outstanding service and for going above and beyond to help me move forward with confidence. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking legal assistance.

Conveyancing solicitor Stephen Johnson and his team (Nadine and Paige) were professional but with a human touch. Totally competent and timely in managing the process, exhibiting good communication skills (quick to inform, explain), easy to contact when questions arose. Plus friendly. Knowing this team were not just providing a service but also supporting me made a lot of difference. I wish I could award 10 stars

Stephen Johnson, Nadine and Paige at Glover Priest Solicitors in Lichfield were excellent in the work they did to complete our house purchase in a short time. They are very professional and their communication is first class, keeping you informed at every stage of the process. It is only when you have used an average Solicitors that you appreciate how hard Stephen, Nadine and Paige are working for you . I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Stephen has been very thorough throughout the process and has been persistent in chasing up the other parties. Nothing has been too much trouble!

So thankyou Glover Priest.

Just used GloverPriest to do the conveyancing to sell my house. I found Sally and Amina very responsive and helpful in keeping me informed on the whole process. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from all members of the team. Polite and friendly and very professional.

Everyone was helpful, accessible and were happy to discuss anything I was unsure of. My solicitor Rhys was great, and talked to me as jargon free as possible. One small miscommunication towards the end of my house sale/purchase, but kept me in the loop at all times. Would use again, definitely

I first accompanied my mother when she had an appointment to see Roanna who helped her update her will, after the death of my father.
I was very impressed with how professional yet friendly and empathetic she was throughout the whole appointment, so much so that myself and my husband have appointed her to do our wills’, We have in turn recommend her to another family member.
I would recommend without hesitation Glover and Priest Solicitors Kings Heath Roanna specifically. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Glover Priest are my mum’s solicitors during her house sale & purchase, and their dishonesty and mishandling of the case have caused her unbelievable stress—so much so that it has began to impact her health.

From the start, they have been unreliable, evasive, and completely unprofessional. Key documents were mishandled, promises were made and broken, and we were repeatedly misled about progress. My mum had to chase them constantly, only to be ignored or given excuses. Important deadlines were missed with no explanation, and their incompetence turned what should have been a straightforward sale & purchase into a nightmare.

Their complete lack of care or accountability has made an already stressful situation far worse. No one should have to go through this, especially not someone who put their trust in professionals to handle such an important matter. I strongly advise avoiding them at all costs.

If you do make the mistake of choosing these to represent you let's hope you do not get assigned Stephanie like my mother has.

Excellent understanding of customers needs and requirements.
Worked very well in all aspects from start to finish.
Everything was dealt with efficiently and professionally and well before the due date.
Would highly recommend.

I purchased my property 2 years ago. My mortgage broker offered this company, and their Tamworth office dealt with my case. Now I'm in the process of remortgaging, and my present solicitor informed me I'm not in the land registry as proprietor. So I contacted Gloverpriest with an email enquiry. They responded, assuring me their post completion team would address this. This has been several weeks ago, since then I've sent them several emails, no response, I called them, no answer, and now not sure what to do.
Frustrating that these kinds of people are charging you days worth of salary to do a few minutes job, they don't do it, then they are just ignoring you.

We used Glover Priest Solicitors Wellingborough for our conveyancing, and they provided a smooth and efficient service. Elizabeth was always helpful, responded quickly, and ensured everything was handled professionally. They caused no delays on our side and provided support when others in the chain did. A reliable and efficient team - I’d happily recommend them.

Great to deal with. Easy to get hold of and ask questions. Simple explanations. Straight forward to fill out forms. Represent well on your behalf.

Elizabeth has been brilliant, super professional and responsive all the way through the process. I would highly recommend.
