Absolutely loving these products so far. I bought a couple of their base coats and the colour grape. It's so far lasting really well! I'm a professional nail tech and have been looking at swapping products over for a long time and I may have found my new favorite products! The only problem is the scrub prep... As I'm mobile the top opened in my car when it was hot and it spilt everywhere. But I now know to keep it in a separate container upright. That's literally my only negative I have. So loving it so far. And will be buying more. I could do with a colour wheel of every colour they have though or what it looks like on hands as it's hard to tell what the colours look like on the website.

I was at the London beauty show and the assistance was very informative about their product and a good choice of colours to see. Well nice to see a nail stall as very limited this time at the show.

I have been using Glossify for a few years now and as a brand they are absolutely amazing. Their customer service is brilliant and they go above and beyond for customers. I highly recommend the brand!

I had a issue with a missing item
In my order they apologised and had the missing item sent out in less than 24 hours great customer service appreciate the issue being resolved so fast .

Customer services were very attentive towards products query.

Poor customer service.
I raised an issue back in April on the Glossify Facebook page. Another person had mentioned that the quality of the Glossy Top had gone poor. Several other people confirmed they'd had similar issues with the Glossy Top and I'd mentioned I had been getting hard lumps in mine. Glossify did reply to me to say email with pictures. I've only just got around to emailing them, because I switched to a new top coat (after having 5 new bottles all be really poor) I gave up and switched brands. They've replied to my recent email with pictures of the barely used bottles and proof that I had originally reported the issue in April saying I've left it too long. I don't feel this is fair given I did originally report the issue in April and have provided proof. Won't be using the Glossy Top again as I refuse to pay for another bottle and it turn up unusable.

Lovely customer service, case was thoroughly checked and approved of.
Made sure I was happy and got my products replaced quickly and with no fuss.
Love their products and knowing how much they care about their customers makes it more of a dream to use.
