It took absolutely ages for the order to come. These do not glow brightly, or glow at all. The first time they stuck to the ceiling so hard, we had to unstick them with a pole. After that, they lost a lot of their stickiness. When they do come off the ceiling, they don't float down. They plummet to the floor. They are absolutely no different to many of the sticky fidget toys my children have bought previously for a fraction of the price. Very overpriced

This product is a scam. That was the review from my 6 year old grandson. Nana it’s a scam!
I purchased 2 bags and was excited to share the fun as shown on their advertising platforms. I bought them mid October and saved them for a special pre Christmas night .
What a disappointment. They were too sticky even after spending the whole evening trying to un sticky them as per the instructions. They marked the walls and when we finally gave up they were left on the ceiling and were still there in the morning.
Please don’t waste your money on this product and save yourself the disappointment. I emailed the company. Surprise surprise no reply.

It says my order has been delivered and it hasn't. I emailed twice and got no reply. Absolutely awful customer service.

When they were new - they were great! However they are now deflated (not been popped or anything) and are not bright at all anymore. Disappointed

Hi, I am very unhappy with this product and seek a full refund. I have tried natural light, torch light and these simply have not light emission at all.
Also they stick so much to the ceiling, you have to peel them off and I am very concerned about damage to the paintwork.
Absolutely nothing like the advertisement.

I've ordered from them, my parcel shows as delivered but I have not received. Have emailed twice but no response, i would like a refund as I haven't even received the goods

Ordered Nov 17, got an email Nov 18 that it shipped and still nothing has arrived. Tried emailing but no response. Seems to be the same story all over this site. I’ll be contacting my cc company.

O if I could over a month ordered no communication no response to emails or Facebook messages….. absolute scam and you can buy them for £5 on amazon

Tracking information totally rubbish, parcel didn't arrive and customer service doesn't respond.
Feel like it's a scam 😕 waste of money.

Ordered in November and item never arrived, total con. DO NOT waste your money.

Ordered a couple of weeks back, nothing delivered and have tried contacting to no success. Either a scam or a poorly run company. Regardless, I'm not holding out hope but hope that this, alongside other feedback, helps others avoid making the same mistake.

Never received the items. No answer on emails or Instagram so £20 wasted.
tracking just says still in China as has done since we purchased.

I’ve had one of the worst experiences ever with this company. I never received my order, and despite emailing customer service twice, I got zero response. Not even an automated message. No tracking details provided, not a courier in sight. The complete lack of communication is unbelievable. I wouldn’t trust them with a penny.

Ordered these for a Christmas present, never received, all emails asking where they are have been ignored. Avoid!!!

Order never arrived

Package shown on tracking link as stuck in customs 3 weeks after ordering. It’s been like that for days. No response to emails. Have asked for a refund but not holding out much hope. I wouldn’t bother again…

Ordered in November no item received, emailed, no response whatsoever tried ringing and Number doesn't even ring. Complete scam i am absolutely furious. At Christmas time aswell

Ordered 17th November, never arrived, order says fulfilled, tracking doesnt work. Exactly as so many reviews I've just read. Will contact my back to do a chargeback

I have npt received my order. Ordered in November but states fulfilled. No tracking information.
Email displayed also isn't a full email. Only shows .co
