The assistant that helped me (Yvonne) was absolutely amazing from start to finish. It took us several hours with back & forth message conversations, and Yvonne stayed with me all the way, answering ALL my questions and concerns. Yvonne assisted me with my old device Trade-In, and also a second new device purchase.
All in all, this type of customer service and support is outstanding. I work and travel all over the world, and having a quality customer support assistance from GlocalMe is very valuable to me… I will continue to use this service, support this company…

Concentrating on giving a 4G service is ok but most providers give a 5G service in UK. I’m disappointed that you have to look out specifically for the 5G plans. Despite what GlocalMe say 4G is a inferior service

Very bad communication and service.
I have order one if the dives for my cat 2 months ago and still did not receive it .
I received an emails that they will cheek and see where is my order but so far nothing.
I ask my money to be returned nothing very disappointed.

Able to speak to a real human to resolve new user issues.

Great product for those of us who RV frequently and want Wifi but without a contract. We used our Numan this weekend with uninterrupted service. Better than at home.

We recently bought a camper van and needed a dependable Wi-Fi option but didn’t want a contract again. After researching several we opted for GlocalMe. Our Numan has worked great with excellent Wi-Fi service and they have great sales on packages. Set up was very simple and you but Gb as you need. Would definitely recommend to any wanderer.

GlocalMe has been very useful to work while traveling everywhere. I have relied on it for few years now. There 24/7 chat specially today was Lorraine was very helpful and solve my data transfer to the new Numen Air after my Duo Turbo died. But was all worth it.

Better than our local contract Wifi and cheaper. We only have the 4G WiFi and it still works great. Stream multiple devices as well as Smart TV.

I would high appreciated to Lorrainne, who has support me to solve my issue when I have linked my devices into the internet. it is really helpful actually. And I so happy to notice that GlocalMe has such a talents and excellent people like Lorrainne has good represent on your behalf.

We've had one of their portable wi-fi devices for over 2 years & it's been 100% reliable.

Recently it stopped receiving a mobile signal and the technical team have been brilliant, via the live chat, sorting it. Between Jojo, Yvonne and Lucas over 2 days they've kept me constantly informed & updated, asking me to try different things/settings until the technical team eventually managed to sort the issue.

I would certainly recommend them.

4G on a DuoTurbo was sufficent travelling in country Queensland in a Motorhome streaming however the limited plan options of one month or one day are not ideal for short trips.
