Great service from london to barcelona well worth it

We were told to be at the airport at 6:30 for a 7:00am flight. It is currently 10:30 am and we are still waiting. The reason being that the runway is wet?
We were then told that we needed to wait for the morning traffic to calm down no news about that either. And then when we ask about the cancellation policy they say we cant as its due to the weather !!!!!

They do not care about the customer at all. Never again
I would invest a bit more but avoid them at all cost.

I recently had the pleasure of flying with GlobeAir and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and efficiency provided. When I booked my flight to Nice, the customer service team was attentive and accommodating to my every need.

Overall, my experience with GlobeAir exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using them again in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of private jet travel.

If you want to use a company that is incapable of getting permits to fly, and then says that we will get you another plane in two days - then you should use this company.

Just flew with GlobeAir from Austria to Poland. They arranged the flight within an hour, were very flexible on the departure (due to the weather conditions) airport. The flight went well, with a smile and we landed on time (despite of a storm). I think there is nothing to wish for :-). Thanks.

On the 15th of June, I had the chance to hop on an empty leg flight and fly to Bologna to spend a weekend with family and friends. GlobeAir empty legs are great last-minute private jet deals for any unplanned short trips in Europe. The flight from Linz to Bologna was smooth, and the experienced pilots always made me feel comfortable onboard.

I had to perform an urgent business trip and had no other choice but hiring a private jet. GlobeAir came back with a quote within minutes and the communication with the customer care team was perfect. My trip was from Vienna to London City. Once arrived at the airport the crew took care about me. From parking to take off it took just a few minutes. In London GlobeAir organised a ground transportation by a nice van also operated by GlobeAir. Upon arrival the chauffeur was already waiting. The meeting took me longer than expected so I had to delay the return flight, was no issue for GlobeAir at all. All in all a great experience and the time saving including flexibility was amazing. Great service provider to work with, nice team and crew. All service aspects at highest level and certainly premium. Will book again.

It was a short but wonderful trip. I felt very well serviced and would definitely recommend it anyone interested!
