After contact we agreed that the pckage stayed with them untill next monday and then i pick up.
two days later, got message that package was sended back to seller and that i need to look for a refund, So , no package and a lot of problems to get my money back because they told seller that my adress didn´t excist.

I would not book with this broker as they will cheat you out of money and will tell you to not ask for detention or layover pay . This is one of the worst experiences I had in 8 years . This broker is definitely a problem in the industry manjeet sigh who signed the rate contract is not even in America probably there is definitely a issue with there logistics and communication
Agent Want to steal money.
We booked a load with the agent named "Manjeet Singh." The pick-up time on RC was 5pm., and my driver was there by 5 pm but was loaded only by 8:30 pm. On RC, it was mentioned that there was detention after 2 hours of wait, costing $40 per hour. Check-in and check-out times were noted on the BOL, which I sent to the agent along with a request for an updated RC. However, he denied this and threatened that if we asked about detention RC, he would leave a review on our MC in his company and on the highway as well... This is very unprofessional behavior.

I wish there was an option for negitave stars!! BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS!! you wil not save a thing, these will bill you after the fact for sometimes double the amount. then when they loos your freight they WILL not go to bat for you or help you... then to add insult to injory they will bill you up charges for the freight they lost!
Then to make matters even worse they will bombard you with email from their "retention team to try to lure you back. RUN from these people!!!

Poor Business Practices
We have used them for many yrs to broker various LTL shipments mostly without issue. We are a commecial business, shipping merchandise for more than 30 yrs, so we know that on occasion things go wrong. In recent yrs we did not ship much with them because our vendors and customers were routing 100 percent of their own freight. They were using their carriers. My sales person left and with a number of emails we got a quote and booked a pickup. On the day of pickup I get a call from an agressive pushy salesperson who wants to ask me a bunch of questions about our business. In the busiest crunch time. I said I have no time for this and hung up. I get a surly message from him which I saved telling me he canceled my shipment and that I am required to take his call. A few mins later his truck shows up and I send them away. They email me a pickup bill for 85.00. I told them what to do with it. I am following up with a letter to the head of that company and a formal complaint to a regulatory agency since there is more to this. I am sure the head of the company has no idea what is doing on with their "head of sales" I can only say the guy was super agressive and pushy and I am under no obligation to answer anything or talk to him.

Another broker who steals money.
We booked a stepdeck load with this company. Rate confirmation had appointments times which were just randomly made by the freight broker as the shipper nor receiver will take an appointment. We arrived at the receiver at 8:45, vs 8:00 on the rate confirmation. My factoring company just informed me that the broker withheld $150 for a late delivery fee. The rate confirmation has a paragraph detailing all of the ways they can charge fees. It's a bunch of ways they can no pay you. It literally says that if you are late, they can charge any fee at their discretion. They can literally pay you nothing if you arrive at an random appointment 1 minute late. I advise you avoid this company. The rate confirmations give them absolutely too much control over your truck.
Worst broker ever.
Booked a load for $6000 they acted sketchy about it. Then when we get there it cancelled , we are promised a TONU! Never got it. Noone will answer the phone and our emailes are getting ignored. Seems like another landstar Double broekr act to me.
Global Tranz waste of my time
After leaving a review for this rip-off company they reached out in Trustpilot and asked how they could help. What a joke after giving them all of the info AGAIN guess what reply I received? NOTHING! there goes my point that they suck.

This is probably the worst company in the U.S. They charged us several rebills for services never done. We disputed. GlobalTranz didn't care, and still charged our bank account. Several rebills that GlobalTranz already admitted we won, but they still charged us - thousands of dollars.
Their representatives don't care about anything, nor their customers. You cannot reach anybody. If you leave message, they will never call back. They maybe cheap on their rates, but actually you end up paying much more, with a lot problems and no service at all. This is a terrible company. They should all be arrested!!

Globaltranz has 480 AGENCIES. It's terrible how a few bad apples can ruin it for the ones that love their job and take pride in their customer service.
Claims dept. needs to get it together
I am a small lighting company and had to use a freight forwarder to ship a track lighting system from SF to CO. It was just the track and a small box. The box made it, but the track was lost. When I started the process, I gave all the info of where it was going weight and dimensions, and at the end I always ask for insurance. I send out quote requests to multiple companies, so I copy and paste my request to everyone. Well GT came back with the fastest and with the best price.
When I received the call from my customer stating they didn't receive the track only the box,(which I could have just sent the box UPS), I contacted them and they asked to give it a little time for them to locate the track. I waited, then I had to order more track from our mfg. in Italy, and have them deliver directly to our customer. In the meantime, GlobalTranz located the missing track, which arrived totally damaged and unable to use on the project.
I contacted GT and asked to file a claim for damaged product instead of missing product. They asked me to provide a bunch of stuff, which I did, just to be told that I didn't have insurance. I then sent them the email that proved that I asked for insurance. Now it's been over 6 months, and I feel like I keep getting the run around.
I really wish I would have seen these reviews before hand, because I haven't seen one person who has given them more than 1 star, and like everyone on here, I would have given 0 stars if I could have. I guess the 1 star can go to Evan Ross, who has been actually very nice and he has been trying to help me.
I don't understand why it's so hard to pay the claim if I paid for the insurance. I am not asking for anything more than the cost of the shipment. even though my claim was for $2000, I'm only requesting them to pay $500 for what it cost to ship this stuff.

DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS
Don't do business with this company no matter what promises they make. They are famous for quoting one price, then hitting you with ridiculous "reweigh" billing. Customer service is horrible - management doesn't even respond to emails or phone calls - and they certainly won't review your documentation showing they were wrong. Trust me, just stay far away from GlobalTranz - they are crooked and untrustworthy.

Really terrible service, its no wonder they collect up front and from a bank, they damage your shipments, make you do all the work to file a claim, and still havent received my costly shipping refund or insurance claim on the very damaged package. Would not recommend. $1200.00 loss. Shame on them.

Untimely delivery despite being told 3 days, and then can't even be bothered to respond to an email about the timeframe of delivery. Don't use them. I wish I would have seen the reviews here before I made the mistake of booking with this company.

Quoted one price and rebilled at another
At first, this company was good to work with and followed up with my shipments. After 2022, they started getting bad.
We would get a quote from their website with any accesorials needed, then go with the least expensive to help our customer save money. Once the shipment is delivered, then we are hit with an adjustment saying that it was extra weight or bogus extra dimensions. Adding $500+ to the original quote. This maybe the freight company doing this, but Globaltranz will not fight for you even if you provide proof.

My experience with GlobalTranz was a complete disaster. They initially lost my products, and after several weeks of waiting, they finally located them and delivered them to us. However, upon receipt, we discovered that the pallets were unpacked, and many items were damaged and missing. Despite the driver noting the damage and losses on the POD, filing a claim with GlobalTranz was a nightmare. The agent handling our claim was extremely reluctant and took days to process it, all while being rude and disrespectful to our team. We were even pressured to pay the invoices first, despite them being inflated with reclassifications and added fees. Despite our compliance, our claim, filed over a year ago, remains unresolved.
Overall, GlobalTranz is dishonest, unprofessional, disorganized, and has the worst customer service imaginable. While I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, I feel compelled to warn others about their poor practices. I sincerely hope no one else has to endure the same ordeal. If possible, I would give them negative 100 stars. Proceed with caution if considering their services, as you may end up regretting it as much as I do.

Constant and expensive rebills
I was a customer for several months but found a new shipping broker after horrible customer service. They constantly provided bad freight classes and NMFC #s that resulted in high rebills from the carriers. My agents then would refuse to fight the rebills or take responsibility. I had shipments that got rebilled for 3x the original price. Haven't had any problems at all like this since I switched to another broker. I recommend avoiding at ALL costs.
I assume they are horrible to work for as well as I never had a agent last for more than 2-3 weeks before I was assigned another agent to work with.
