Global And Sunshine Tours and Travels All Peoples are scammer All playing game with customers and don't provide the ticket just grab the money

I had a very disappointing experience with this company and would not recommend them.

I booked a flight through them but they failed to issue my ticket on time. Just one day before my intended travel date they contacted me to say they were experiencing technical issues. This left me stranded at the last minute especially as flight prices had already increased significantly.

Because I still needed to travel, I had no choice but to purchase another ticket urgently at a much higher cost. To make matters worse they have also failed to refund the money I originally paid them.

Based on my experience, their service was extremely unreliable and caused me unnecessary stress and additional expense. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before booking with this company

I bought an airline ticket from them and i was not comfortable, bcos of delays in delivering a ticket? This shock me and scares me!! After ringing and threatening them they deliver. Not good experience. If you have a weak heart then stay away from these guys. I will never buy from them. I searched their location it seems not genuine. Beware.

I ordered 5 ‘scratch removing cloths’ for my car ( and to give 4 of the cloths to my children and grandchildren). I have only received one cloth, after paying $254.27! I only hope that four more will arrive in the post soon. They have debited my account under the name of ‘Global Tour & Travel Kolkata’. I have not arranged for a holiday - so I have been fraudulently scammed by this organisation.. Legal authorities need to take action on this company

The constant excuses of this company is getting on my nerves.
My mother and I booked a ticket with them to our home country for the summer.
We had until the end of May 2026 to pay for everything, this was when we were supposed to get our tickets.
This, May when we paid our last deposit the brought up an excuse saying that that they didn't receive the payment.
This was after I sent the payment to their account. Which there was nothing wrong with it.

The account that they gave me was thier second account. They said that the first one they gave us was faulty. They also gave told us two weeks to the end of May that we need to make an extra 460 euros in payment which we have just completed.
Only for them to give excuses when issuing our flights.
By the way the agent who we were dealing with is Adam.

Honestly to hell with this dishonest bunch.

If for any reason you are here to check on Global tours, please stay away as far as you can from them. These guys scammed me of £750 in the name of cancellation fee. Now for those of you who don't know, cancellation fee only applies when a ticket is issued which wasn't the case with mine. I only made a deposit for ticket reservation and yet, this guys whom I later found out were fraudster. My direct contact with Rwandair revealed alot, they told me about how bookings are made and that I have been scammed. Getting half of the £1,500 paid was hell. Don't make the same mistake I made, if you carry out due diligence which I didn't do, you will find that this global tours only take payment into direct bank accounts and will never take credit cards or other acceptable means of payment which is a red flag. They will lie and tell you their machine is faulty. Also, they are not professional registered. Don't do business with them. I have reported them also to be deregistered.

This guys are fraudsters, all their business are fraudulent and deceptive activities.

They will trick you to a fare, ask you to deposit and subsequently when you pay for your fare, they will demand more money from you before you get your travel ticket, frustration would have ended your travel plan.

They did it in such a way that you will be frustrated to forget and leave your money with them. If they deny these I will post evidenced of their deceptive activities.

Do not fall for their propaganda and fake advertisements. They are dubious

Do not give your money to this company, they are scammers, I repeat, do not give them your money. They took an initial payment of £50 from me and when it was time for me to make the remaining payment, they couldn’t even tell who I was, guy on the phone kept blaming Mr Jack who he claimed has been sacked by the company (Jack handled my case) and this guy on the phone would promise to call me back to sort my issue out over and over again, but never called me back. And they have many other fellow scammers, matter of fact they’re a conglomerate of scammers, because once they get your number, loads of other numbers keep calling you over and over again offering you flight deals. You can even see that they have a scam website that doesn’t work

They keep demanding more more money after payment on installments but on completion of my last payment and refused to refund my money.

Stay away from them

This company is a scam. I paid my deposit and then paid the rest. They then told me they haven't recieved the payment and wouldn't issue mu ticket.
Stay far away from these THIEVES & SCAMMERS.

The transaction was carried out out by Micky Arthur who Sol the ticket to me as he did it in a well mannered way . And I have checked out , I found out that it was actually genuine.

I had a great experience with the company.
Jerry was my agent and he was kind and patient through out.
There were no extra charges for my bookings.

It was my first time dealing with this travel agent. Mathew Wade was very helpful and engaged.

My ticket was processed quickly, easily and at a reasonable price.

This company is very efficient.I have bought tickets with them through Mathew their agent who always give good services. He can be recommended for his efficient assistance

I had terrible experience with Mathew last month October and this month November again. Please I want explanation why this keep happening?

He gave me till 24th Nov to make my payment which I decided to make on the 19th to avoid any issue just for him to say the airline is demanding for extra £300 which doesn't make sense to me.

It was a wonderful experience transacting with the global tour and travels through the help of staff Matthew. He was so helpful in every step of it. I will always recommend them countless times.

I've had a good interaction with Salus and Jack since June. Really helped after my reservation was cancelled and got me an alternative airline. Very patient and they gave the best advice

It was very quick and easy dealing with Jack Clark. Everything was well explained to me. And I was able to pay for the ticket very quickly. Jack was very polite and very professional. I will recommend this company to family and friends.
