unfortunate experience
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with GlobalStock's customer service, and I must say, it was far from satisfactory. From the get-go, the agent I spoke to was unhelpful and impolite.
Lack of Verification: There was no way to verify the legitimacy of the company or the agent I was speaking to, which immediately raised red flags for me.
Poor Customer Service: The agent ended our call abruptly while I was in the middle of asking about the details of the goods. This is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to a potential customer.
Unhelpful Responses: Every question I asked was met with a dismissive "read the terms." Customer service should be about assisting the customer, not directing them to fine print.
Opaque Shipping Costs: When I inquired about how to estimate shipping costs to determine if the trade would be financially sensible for me, the agent simply said, "You pay first, then we connect you to the shipping company." This lack of transparency is unacceptable.
In summary, I would strongly advise against doing business with GlobalStock until they significantly improve their customer service and transparency. It's a shame because I was genuinely interested in their products, but the experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

When you call to our company and ask us about shipping cost, we cannot give it to you this answer immediately, this is impossible at all. First of all we need to know: what you want to buy...for this you need fill the form under the offer interesting for you, then we check status of stock and reply to you on your email address. After that we need to know you want to buy ALL quantity or part of it...we sell stocks from all over the world and delivery cost depended from location, destination, weight, height, etc...so many factors...And all those details, we must received from warehouse where located stock, sometimes it within 24-48 hours ( some stocks need to be packed also, that mean more time ) and only then we can provide this information for shipping company who will check delivery cost. Dear readers,
I am writing on behalf of an Italian company that deals with the distribution of household products. We bought from Globalstock several years ago and enjoyed it, but unfortunately our last experience was AWFUL.
We made a payment of $26190 to Globalstock for a stock of Air Fryer in Los Angeles on the same day you sent the Invoice. Due to the high freight rates we could not find a reasonable cost to import this container. After a month we use a solution given by him and then we contact him to collect the goods. After 1 MONTH of waiting he tells us that the goods had caught fire and that he would therefore reimburse us.
At the time of the refund he withholds $5,000 saying he lost money from the transaction and HIS supplier gave him $5,000 less. This is not true and in any case the relationship with YOUR supplier is not OUR problem, if YOUR SUPPLIER has decided to set fire to the goods it is not our problem.
Moral of the story he earned 5000 USD and we lost it along with the goods.
STAY AWAY FROM GLOBALSTOCK AND VICTOR.
