I had a call from a lovely young man called Jack who explained all the key aspects of the service, I sent over pictures of my goods and he was kind enough to get a quote back over to me in no time.
The operations team were attentive and provided regular updates on their arrival, they were even happy to accommodate the additional boxes I had added to the inventory at the last minute.
The crew took the utmost care when handling my items and delivered them in record time.

Absolute nothing bad to say super helpful, they conduct themselves very well, polite helped me locate a lorry delivered a few missing items which couldn’t fit into my first load. We needed to store our belongings for three months while moving to a new country because we hadnt found a home yet. Global Moves arranged the storage for us and, once we found our new place, delivered everything very quickly. It made the whole move much easier.
Communication throughout the process was clear, and we always knew what was happening with our belongings. Everything arrived in the same condition as when it went into storage. I would definitely use them again.
I was quite nervous about trusting someone with my move because I had already moved abroad and all my belongings were still in storage in the UK.
I thought I would have to fly back to England just to open the storage unit for the movers, but after speaking with Jack from Global Moves, he reassured me that collecting directly from storage facilities is something they do regularly.
So I made the booking. The team went to the storage facility, collected everything, and sent me photos of the empty room confirming that all my belongings had been picked up. A few days later, everything was delivered to me.
It made the whole process much easier than I expected, especially as I didnt have to travel back to the UK just for the collection.
