Just booked two business class tickets from USA to UK and made a spelling mistake on one of the last names.

When I tried to fix it and became very concern that this may all be a scam as no one would respond to their on line help system or email. So I called 347-801-8535 and I tried to cancel the flights to rebook correctly within 15 minutes of the booking and was told I could not cancel the flights.

If they fix the spelling and send my tickets with the ability to select the seats I will change this rating. But for right now I think I just got scammed, they have terrible customer service. Finger crossed.

I RECIEVED EMAIL CONFORMATION THEN ANOTHER EMAIL SAYING THEY HAD TRIED TO CONTACT ME - THEY HADNT - AND I NEEDED TO CALL TO CONFIRM THE BOOKKNG.
THE LINK ON THE EMAIL TO THE WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK. I HAVE CALLED 20 TIMES AND NOONE IS ANSWERING PHONE- THE CALL IS BEING STOPPED. NO COMPANY MESSAGE OR HOLD SOUND.
I HAVE CONTACTED MY BANK. PLEASE DONT RISK IT!!!

My wife made a booking and was immediately in touch with an agent who advised our tickets were only standby. We paid an additional £1000 to get a fixed ticket and extra for seat selection. Despite being issued etickets we were told the airline would not release seating yet. After dozens of telephone and email exchanges and dealing with multiple agents our issues have still not been addressed. We regret using this agency! BE CAREFUL!

I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND EMAILING with the same damn response, airline have to refund first , 2 weeks then 3 weeks then next month.

To date 7 weeks later I've still not had my refund. Bunch of thieves. Do not tell me you are transparent, I would love to post all the emails you have sent to me and show how much lies you all say. And you are stealing people's money

So no I do not understand cause I haven't received my refund .....

They Canceled my flight and now no one can contact me regarding my refund. When I call to ask about it, they hang up on me. I al currently I out of $1358 and not able to get any response from them.

They never booked the flight that was paid for months in advance. Been at least 40 working days since the refund has been requested and nothing. No reply to any emails, the phone calls get dropped more often than not. Scammy. Stay away, book directly with an airline. Will need to get lawyers involved at this stage. Stay away!

Terrible customer service. Made whole experience very stressful. Honestly rude and unhelpful. No planning or consistency. Never call back when they say. Pointless arranging time. Also terrible signal in the call center location and very hard to understand

I BUY Ticket on line on 16th January 2026 for Edinburgh to Lahore Returned Tickets For 2 Persons. IN There website I Read The Price of Tickets And Luggage 40 kg Include. They Didn't send me the eticket. I send them,email .They reply my email your tickets is not confirmed.
I phone again and ask them ,why you didn't send me eticket, I paid you all amount. They say someone call you.i wait for 4 hours, they didn't call me.I again call them,then someone talk with me,he tell me new story, he say you need to pay for baggage,per person £299 pounds.i tell him,when I buy ticket on your website Luggage is included. But he say it is not true. Then I say him okay Refund My money, he say we didn't Refund The Money, I say,Why,he say we tell you latter.i say him if you didn't refund me i informed my bank and also polic.he reply ,do anything. I say okay.
I send them email, if you didn't refund my money, in 24 hours I informed my bank and police and also put Review in Trustpolit. Next day they email me we Refund your money in 24 hours.
So,I got my money back,but everyone be carefull to buy the tickets from these company. After you paid,They gave you BIG Shock.

I have booked flights in November sent details back then no ref number BA flights for April . Have sent 2 emails 1 online message and 2 phone calls to ascertain when I will get tickets or ref to go into booking and no response keep getting fobbed off that I’ll get a call back it’s an easy answerable question not happy
After finally receiving a e-ticket with a reference I contacted American Airlines where I was told they could see a booking but it was not verified. I have asked the company to verify after they are asking me for more money for baggage as I am not convinced I am getting these tickets and I fly in April. Today 6/2 I checked the booking ref and the flights have been cancelled! Have sent email and if no response within 24 hours will be contacting my bank for a refund!

This is absolutely legit scammer. Do not trust on this company. Your booking will be confirmed after that you will not receive the E ticket. They are scamming you. They just want to get your money and they will make excuses. the ticket is expensive now you need to pay more money so we can confirm your ticket blah blah do not trust police already on the way.

Purchased some tickets to fly from mcr to isb this company had advertised tickets with checked in luggage plus hand luggage once we recieved the e ticket it showed in my as 7kg hand luggage, after discussion with the customer service they told us that there was no hand luggage and one of the tickets were not confirmed. Once we tried to cancel they would let the call ring and put us straight on hold or hang up. After numerous attempts of trying to reach out to the customer service team via phone and email they stopped responding. Have had to dispute this with the bank as mid sold.

Don't buy anything like airlines tickets and travel packages. They are bloody scammers. They tried to rob me. I have all the evidence,s .I am able to prove.

Could not give a stronger recommendation. These guys worked magic. They got me seats for a holiday during the very busy New Years holiday period at a decent price. They stayed the course in finding me the seats at the price and I could not be more grateful.

Wasnt on flght passenger list and still waiting a refund
Recieved email of cancelation on the same morning was already aware wasnt on flight as we was at airport checking in desk

We booked flights for December in August. When we got the email saying our tickets would be sent 5-6 weeks before the flight, we were a little concerned. Now 4 weeks out, we still don’t gave anything despite us trying to contacted them repeatedly
