Telephone customer service
Calling customer service 10 minutes after the opening of phone hours I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Then later I message said no one is available at the time to speak with me to leave my phone number and the call would be returned after the end of trading hours my call had not yet been returned.
The purpose of my call to customer service was to get guidance on how to establish an ACA monthly repeating deposit of $3,000. Maybe that’s not a good idea!

What About Silver?!?
What About Silver?!?! Signup was smooth and easy ~ the app is well designed ~ So far I like everything I see and read about Glint and I have recently opened an account ... but my one and presently most important focus is Silver ~ you guys finally figured out that Silver is ever so important ~ but what matters to us Silver Bugs is to have to ability to both accumulate and SPEND silver ~ swapping Silver to Gold would be nice too ~ I can do all of that with AlpineGold ~ when are you guys going to catch up. I am excited about Glint ~ a little more 21st century than AlpineGold and not based in the USA (I don't want all of my Silver and Gold to be residing in this volitile country!!! So I chose Glint to diversify. Still... Please give Silver the same status as Gold and do it soon!

A novel way to use Gold and Silver to buy goods
A great idea for those of us who believe that Good and Silver are real money and want to be able to rely upon it to buy gods and services.
Pretty easy to apply and open an account and to add funds too. Looking forward to using it at some point too.
