Glecgroup Anmeldelser

Dave was the only engineer who offered to survey the house prior to a quote. Dave attended when he said and this was the same for the work being completed. Overall I am very happy with the work and would recommend GLEC

I highly recommend Glecgroup for EV charger installation. I received a quote within a few hours of making the request (on a Sunday as well), and the price was realistic, fair and competitive. Dave arranged for the installation very quickly, and was very responsive to my emails and calls. Wayne installed the charger, and went to additional effort to ensure the the new external consumer unit was hidden from view to maintain the aesthetics of the house.
Dave followed up to check I was happy and popped round the next day to respond to my query.
From start to finish the process was very professional, responsive, efficient and fairly priced. I will definitely use Glecgroup again and highly recommend them.

Dave helps a lot and services is excellent. EV charger working perfect.

Dave always responded timely, installation process also went very smoothly. I am indeed impressed at the service.

GLEC did a great job installing my Hypervolt EV charger. None of the pushy sales pitch etc., just easy to deal with, very polite, knowledgeable and installed the charger with minimal fuss (we'd just had a new kitchen but they were able to route the cables behind the cupboards so zero cable run outside and all hidden away in the kitchen)

I recently had Glec Group install a Zappi EV charger at my home and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience.

What really stood out was the speed from start to finish. From first getting in touch, to receiving the quote, to the actual installation, everything was sorted within 24 hours, which is seriously impressive. Dave was brilliant at getting everything organised quickly and clearly.

Communication throughout was excellent. The team were friendly, approachable and professional, and the workmanship was top notch. Wayne, who carried out the installation, did a fantastic job and clearly takes pride in his work.

On top of that, the pricing was very competitive, and they were more than happy to offer extra help afterwards to make sure everything was set up correctly and working as it should.

A genuinely great experience all round. I would happily recommend Glec Group to anyone looking for an EV charger installation.

Work started, finished and no mess or fuss.

All positive and would contact again.

David and engineer Wayne did an excellent job installing my EV charger at home. The service was outstanding — quick, efficient, and very professional. The price was also very reasonable compared to others. I’m extremely happy with the result and would strongly recommend them to everyone looking for a reliable EV charger installation!

Excellent service from GLEC Solar. I appreciated the no-pressure sales approach and the thorough survey at the house. The installation team were punctual
and professional, completed the job swiftly and tidily. I even got a follow-up call the next week to check everything was running smoothly.
Level of care with these guys is second to none

I don't often leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so in GLECs case. Simply put, our solar journey with GLEC was as close to stress-free as i think one could hope for. Initially quite daunted by the thought of this whole process
- this being quite a large purchase for us. Couple that to us not being particularly tech savy, and hearing all the horror stories about fly-by-night installers, you can imagine our apprehension going in. Well, I have to say that Dave and his
team made the whole process plain-sailing from the off. From our very first contact, we found Natalie on the phone to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We opted for an initial remote survey and received a couple of system recommendations, which Dave was very thorough in talking us through. We compared GLEC against several other companies including local and national outfits, with GLECs offering being the best fit for our particular circumstances (complex roof with many slopes) and also best on price. GLEC were polite, with a no pressure approach, and had a patient willingness to answer our many questions about the equipment and the installation process- and I must say, their product knowledge was excellent. Once we had accepted the estimate price and paid the deposit, we arranged an on-site survey. Dave came to us & helped us decide upon where the equipment would be best installed, whilst laying out exactly how the installation would proceed. Prior to install we were a little concerned about the logistics of everything as we have limited access to and around our property. Again, they were excellent in walking us through the whole job, and taking note of, and planning around any issues we had. It's fair to say that install day came and went without issue, even the scaffolders were friendly, polite and neat and tidy. Dave mentioned that they only use the one scaffolding firm as they've found their service to be second-to-none. I think i'm right in saying that i got to speak to all of the GLEC guys on install day. (Appologies if thats not the case, guys) Graham (the perfectionist) on the roof, is keen to maintain his record of never being called back to a job in all his years of service. We really couldn't pick out a single issue on the roof, the all-black panels look amazing. Then there was Wayne on electrics. My partner is quite particular when it comes to tradesmen in the house, and I have to say they even passed this test. Wayne was extremely polite and respectful as regards keeping his work areas neat and tidy and managing working around the comings and goings of our busy house. At the end of the install it was like they'd never been there. At our request, they were even able to accomodate removing the scaffolding the same day, as we had guests coming to the house the following day. Well... we're around two weeks out from install day now and the system has worked beautifully. Dave called for a final sign off this week, to ensure we fully understand the operation of the system, and to do a health check. I must say that knowing these guys are local, and permanently connected to our system is very reassuring. I cant think any other product that includes whole-life support thrown into the deal. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend GLEC Solar to anyone.

Dave has done several jobs for me, always polite and helpful, great workmanship. Always turns up when arranged, prices always the same as quoted,
Would deffo recommend ……

Came out in February to give a quote. And done the work same month. And what a great team they have . Great Communications. Great job . And no mess atall. Thankyou glec group

Had a complete system designed, installed and commissioned. Was totally happy with the professional approach, great communications and quality of workmanship. System is up and running without any stress. Many thanks.

As an engineer, I’m naturally selective about who I trust with my projects—but GLEC Solar exceeded expectations. They provided clear, transparent information without any pressure, conducted the survey efficiently, and completed the installation to a high standard with no mess left behind.

What stood out even more was their follow-up support. It’s clear they genuinely care about customer satisfaction, and that commitment made all the difference.

couldn’t be happier, thought this would be a tricky process, GLEC made it really easy, they are now booked in to do my neighbours system too. Happy to recommend

We’re so impressed with GLEC Solar. The whole process was seamless. Friendly phone staff, a really thorough survey, and an install team that clearly took pride in their work. They kept us informed throughout and left the place spotless. What stood out most was how approachable and knowledgeable everyone was — no jargon, no hard sell. We feel confident we chose the right people

We’ve been really impressed with GLEC Solar. The whole team showed great professionalism and courtesy. The initial consultation was helpful and pressure-free, the on site survey highlighted issues which GLEC helped us through, and the subsequent install went without issue. We’re very pleased with how smoothly it all went
