We’re sorry to hear you had trouble scanning the QR code. We’ve tested the codes on our end and can confirm they are working correctly. In some cases, certain phones or camera apps can take a little longer to recognise and process QR codes, so we’d recommend trying again or holding the camera steady for a few extra seconds.

This is the most beautiful bowl
This is the most beautiful bowl, the picture didn’t do it justice. It was a birthday present and I could not be more pleased. The care taken in wrapping the product was brilliant. Lots of bubble wrap and no chance of the product being damaged.

Murano Drinking Glasses
We ordered and today received 6 Murano Glass drinking glasses. We are very pleased with them and they are just as they appeared on the website. Also special thanks to Ryan who noticed an error on my order and corrected it so that I received the colours I wanted. Communication was great, delivery on time with no damage. Would definitely order again and will do so.

I am very sorry to see this review especially considering our entirely pleasant and positive email conversation, I was under the impression that there was no issue with the item, but it just wasn't suited to personal preference.
We have received your return necklace and processed your refund, we triple checked your order and I can confirm that for the item you received, the size of the beads, the size of the necklace, and the design of the necklace, are the same as the images, listing, and description on our website.
Our Jewellery artists have been hand crafting Jewellery for three generations since 1911, perhaps the most renowned and distinctive Murano glass they create is the item that you ordered. it is their 'Millefiori collection', (meaning 'one thousand flowers' in Italian).
They are made from many glass canes with abstract flower patterns and therefore each individual bead (and necklace) is entirely unique whilst still adhering to the same uniformed world renown 'Millefiori' design. Often our customers absolutely love that their necklace will be one of kind and unique to them in terms of the colouration and flower patterns within each bead.
Our customers can order square, rectangle or circular bead necklaces to fit their taste.
In regards to the size of the beads, each individual glass bead spends 7 days and 7 nights in a revolving barrel oak barrel with our artists secret solution to remove any and all imperfections. This ensures that the beads are all of the desired size.
We very rarely receive returns so our returns process is not normally an issue, however we take on board your feedback fully and are looking into making our returns process more efficient. Currently we offer the customers two choices:
1. We send them a label to print and arrange a collection.
2. The customer can take the item to the post office and we will refund the postage.
This normally involve one to 3 emails but we understand that it would be ideal if we only had to send for example one email to the customer, so I truly apologise for this inconvenience.
If we were to include return labels into all of our orders, it would go to waste the vast majority of the time considering how rare returns are. This being said, we take on board your feedback and we are considering it.
It is unfortunate to receive our first negative review in 3 years of business, if there is anything we can do in order to turn this review into a positive review we would love to know as having happy customers is our priority. I remain in touch via email.
