I have ordered 4 times from GlasesLit for myself, and twice for my mom. The ONLY time I had any issue was when the site suggested I get glasses that were a particular thickness, and I decided to randomly ignore that and pick my own. Guess what? I didn't know what I was doing, and it turns out that with an astigmatism, you really notice the difference in lenses! Despite the fact that the error was 100% my fault, they graciously accepted my return for store credit, which I used to buy new pairs and follow their advice.

Note: returns are super easy, and you mail the glasses back to a Minnesota address, so the process isn't held up by international shipping. Yes, the initial order takes a week or two to arrive, but it's nice to be able to have multiple pairs to switch to, plus they're inexpensive enough that I've been able to "splurge" on extras like blue-light-blocking. I heartily recommend this company, I've had nothing but excellent luck with them.

I’ve ordered twice from glasses lit. The first pair was the ChrisChris cateye glasses with the pearls. They were my favorite pair ever. I got so many compliments. And my prescription was exact. Unfortunately I broke that pair and the company didn’t make that exact model. They did however have a very similar model minus the pearls and tiny hands on the frame. Nevertheless I still love the frame. If you want affordable, trendy, prescription glasses then this is the place to shop. Be mindful they are in China so it will take a few weeks to receive. It’s worth the wait

Really a great place to get fashionable inexpensive glasses. I’ve ordered a few times and ALWAYS am happy with the product and service. I constantly get compliments on my glasses, and can’t wait to add a few more pair to my wardrobe.

I placed an order about 2 weeks ago for a new pair of glasses. Upon receiving the order the glasses were BROKEN , bent , the case destroyed , paid an extra 30AED for shipping and I'm just beyond devastated as to how badly packaged the product was. Spent about 2p0AED just to receive the most broken pair of glasses. I feel so cheated and I'm never going to order from here again. Sorry to say.I would like to refund these glasses and recieve a new pair without incurring more costs. The biggest frauds ever send the cheap glasses from China and saving costs while offering you the sjittiest product!

Glasses were inexpensive in price and looked amazing. Shipment came quickly and customer service was responsive.

I've owned 3 pairs of eye glasses and 3 pairs of sunglasses and have loved all of them! I can never decide which ones to wear, they're all so cute and fit like a charm. The prescription and lenses are always spot on and the comfort levels are high. Prepare for 3-4 weeks to get your glasses but they're worth the wait.

I didnt have a problem with anything. My glasses made it in a timely manner and they're durable.

I own so many pairs of glasses now and it wouldn't even be fesable if it wasnt for glasses litand their great prices

I've ordered two pair of frames.and they are the beat frames I've ever worn they fit perfectly!!. I am nervous to order them with my prescription because it's so high.. +5.25 and +7.75 ... but I will give it a try.. I orderd some from another site and I couldn't even see out of them and did not get a refund..
