Very happy with glasseslit.com
Today I did my 3rd online purchase with glasses lit. They are always very responsive to emails and help correct my order if somehow I messed up and noticed after submitting. Shipping does take long since they are coming from China but this order I paid $18 extra for faster shipping. Prices are great so I don’t mind the long wait to receive them. I always get compliments on all the glasses that I purchase from them.

If you ever buy glasses on line, DO NOT use Glasseslit! It has been a 6 month nightmare! They're trying to blame me for THEIR screw up (I can prove it's their screw up) & as soon as I filed a complaint with the BBB they said they'd give me a partial refund IF I cancel the complaint. Not only am I out the money for the glasses, I'm out $30 in shipping fees & my husband has lost pay. I am disabled and have lots of doctors appointments so my husband has to miss work to drive me because I can't see well enough to driver without glasses. For what I've spent, I've could've gone to WalMart. Now it's no money and no glasses.
They're rude and condescending too!

I had the worse experience with Glasseslit! If you live in the US be aware that it takes over 4-5 weeks to get your glasses. Then if there is an error in the prescription you have to pay out of your pocket to return them which takes another 4 weeks. They finally contacted me telling me that they did add the correct prescription....guess my eye doctor doesn't have a clue what she is doing. They refunded me shipping, I had to fight for a refund for the glasses only to receive half of what I paid for them. So....shipping the first go around and half of what I paid for the glasses. Can we say I was screwed??? BEWARE! If you are looking for an online glasses store try EyeBuyDirect.com.

Very happy with my glasses
Very happy with my glasses! Order does take some time to arrive, but you are made aware of that by company. Also provided with a tracking number. Prescription accurate and glasses fit perfectly. I would definitely buy from here again at such an affordable price. Recommend if you dont mind waiting a bit of time for great quality, stylish glasses at a bargain!
