This app is so great, it's helped me understand and gameplab my glp1 journey. It's like having your own support system.

Wonderful app that is both easy to use and educational. It helps me understand how the medication works and provides helpful strategies to improve my ability to be successful.

Glapp does not have any outrageous subscription fee, is easy to use on my desktop or cell and gives me excellent feedback for my journey.

This is hands down my favorite app for tracking my GLP-1 shots. The user interface is easy to use, and the generated weekly reports are incredibly helpful. I'm eager to see the Android app with Google Health connectivity!

I echo what others have said. No one else is mentioning my favourite - the wisdom feature. I'm a researcher and appreciate answers from the research literature. It's genius to complement that with reddit summaries that give you the crowd-sourced info.

Glapp is a fantastic app. Certainly the best FREE app available for GLP-1 tracking. Outstanding features and no bugs I’ve found yet.

One shortcoming: I wish it had more peptide choices, so I can track my stack. For now, it only tracks Tirzepitide (MJ) and semaglutide (ozempic/wegovy). Hopefully these choices will expand in the near future.

Back to the positives. It uses AI-integrated, anonymized, user and study data and compares your logged progress against it, and generates intuitive data visualizations (charts and graphs) to monitor user progress. Only paid apps provide this kind of experience, otherwise, and none I’ve used are as robust as Glapp.

Great app for starting off with Ozempic and keeping track of everything

I've been using glapp ever since I started on Ozempic and it's been great for tracking my doses and weights. I enter weight every day and can easily see the progress that I've made over the long term.

It really helps you organise your GLP1 journey - weight, side-effects, mood, where you jabbed yourself. And it provides great feedback as well as a useful weekly report based on your inputs during the week. Recommended.

This is a great app, especially for people starting a GLP-1 weight loss journey. You can record your weight, shots, side effects and mood. The app will give you some insight as to what to expect and estimated levels of the medicine in your system (based on clinical trial data, I think). It will also give you personalized weekly reports based on all the data you input, with suggestions to improve and things to watch out for. It is extremely helpful & intuitive.

Love this app. Helps understand the process, easy to personalise and gives great insight into personal rhythms and responses. I wish I’d found it sooner!

Really useful for tracking as much - or as little - as you want about the 'journey'. Features added over time (such as custom doses) to suit how people actually use the meds in real life. Useful information and graphs shown at a glance and kept all in one place. Have been using Glapp since I started and it's invaluable!

Easy to use, reliable, has ability to track multiple peps. Love the half life/saturation graphs as I can really connect how my body is feeling and the amount of peps in my blood. They are constantly updating and improving the app, very open to user feedback. Good stuff!
