Absolutely fantastic! booked to go again! Clean tidy everything you needed.

Was so disappointed with this. I booked a two night stay in January for a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday in August as he loves being outside and beer/food so thought this was a perfect trip for us!
Two days before we went the government restricted the use of fire so we was contacted by the owner to tell us that we could not use the hot tub or the fire pit . We understand that it is not their decision but they had no empathy or sympathy to the fact that we could not use the facilities we had paid for . We asked to refund us part of the booking or cancel for a full refund as we could no longer use what we had paid for but the owner simply didn’t care and said no it’s not their fault . Whilst we understand it wasn’t but it could have been handled much better seeing we had paid £360 for 2 night and they only gave us £25 refund which was for the logs we had paid for to use the hot tub . We had several interactions with the owner and they were all very dismissive and blunt, rude and careless responses . They advertised on the booking website that the pod had microwave and toaster and when we queried on the second day why it was not in the pod the response we got was they asked the website to take it down so it’s not their fault , a completely careless and lack of responsibility and the last point we was told to check out at the tap room between 8 and 10am when we arrived we couldn’t get in as it was locked and had to walk around the farm to find somebody to give the keys too

People were constantly walking up to our pod and looking in which was very off putting , this was not very private as this is advertised as a honeymoon pod you would expect more privacy .

The owner needs training in customer service if she wants guests to rebook my partners birthday was ruined and I was so upset as had booked this for 8 months and was looking forward to it so much

So easy to use. Found the site that suits Us perfectly.

The location was fantastic. Host was amazing. Couldn't have asked for anything additional to the pods. Semi rural location with everything not a million miles away. We are already talking about returning.

Lovely glamping pod , everything you needed was there, spotless site, wouldnt recommend.

Plenty to select from across a range of destinations, simple to book too!

Found Glampingpods.com on a Google search,was easy to find somewhere near where we wanted to go. Easy to book and confirmation from site received quickly too.
We booked PoshPods at Humnanby,great site very relaxing and pod was lovely.
