Glambot sent 3 separate offers for my 3 sell packages, totaling $113.00, to my email address. Their e-mails stated to reply to the offers with my Paypal email address which I did. I was never sent my rightful payments! They kept all the brand new makeup I sent them and never, ever sent my 3 payments. I cannot believe a company would actually do this. This is THEFT and I will not stop reviewing and telling my story until I receive my payment.

DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MAKEUP! They will steal it from you and tell you, they have never received it or they just ignore your numerous calls. Emails and messages filled out on their website. I sent them hundreds of dollars of new makeup and they will not respond to any of my messages. You will regret it if you try and do business with them.

some things are great. the issue is communication. they dont tell you when its shipped, cannot track and if you do have an issue - which i have with a few orders now they NEVER respond.

missing items in different orders (cheap brushes), pulverized eyeshadows, lash mascaras are dry, eyeshadow palettes without brushes, liquid lipsticks sticky, sell free samples wich are not for sail, "help@gamblot" or zendesk e-mails do not work nobody answer . They do not answer IG message or help page. Worthless. Do not waist your money. Una mierda , es una estafa sin reclamos

Do not buy from or sell to Glambot, they are actively trying to scam their customers and you’ll never hear from them if you try to contact them. If you want to take the chance and order from them then please ONLY PAY THROUGH PAYPAL because PayPal can get in touch with them and force them to either send your order or refund your money back if needed. This is what happened to me. I placed an order on Glambot because around a year ago I had placed an order with them and quickly received the items with no issues. Now it seems as though the was a change in the owner and the brand is no longer legitimate. After my order was placed I hadn’t received any confirmation email and wasn’t able to log into my account to check the order status which I thought was strange. I gave it a week until I decided to contact them through email. None of their emails are active or even exist in the system anymore and the emails always failed to send because of this. The message feature on the website likely doesn’t work either or gets ignored. I gave it a few more days until I requested a dispute on PayPal. PayPal also gave me one of their working emails which I then used to send them a message about the PayPal dispute. Then a week later, out of nowhere my order arrived perfectly with everything I had ordered. And funny enough, on the label it was specified that the label and package were created and shipped the same day I had opened the PayPal dispute and sent an email to them about it, which shows they were capable all along but probably needed to be threatened by PayPal to do the right thing. I don’t know why they needed to make things so difficult but again like I said it’s seems like they’re trying to scam anyone they can. Two days after receiving the package I received an email from Glambot apologizing for not having received my messages and that they’ll look into the issue. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and told them I had received the package, had canceled the PayPal dispute, and inquired about how customers may get in touch with them in the future if needed. To this day they still haven’t responded or gotten back to me. Clearly they only wanted to make sure that I cancel the PayPal dispute. Moral of the story: when ordering from a sketchy website always make payments through a third party that can get your money back when things go wrong. This is how they deal with paying customers, so I can’t even imagine how they deal with sellers. Never again will I be ordering from Glambot, and you shouldn’t either. Please beware.

I sent Glambot a large sell package and never received an offer for it. They do not reply to emails or the "Contact Us" form. They have stolen hundreds of dollars worth of goods from me. I also am locked out of my account with them. I used to sell with them all of the time and had great experiences. I don't know what has happened.

Their email address does not work I made an order during February which I have not received nor did the postal company Iv tried contacting glambot on Facebook and Instagram my messages are ignored

I ordered from there 6 years ago, I got the nars NARCISSIST palette and it took about 3 weeks to get but was so worth it! This time I ordered quite a bit, too faced bronzer, Benefit Dallas blush, nars face palette, It cosmetics live laugh love palette and 2 large empty palettes, there is zero tracking you can't get a hold of anyone there, but this time I used paypal they guarantee your money back if you don't receive your products or the products are awful. So if you do buy from there please use PayPal way less headaches. I also wouldn't sell products there they offer minimal money for them, you should sell on poshmark or ebay you'll get your moneys worth!

Beware of this company. They are online scammers. They’d post a price tag on a product but once you put in your credit card info they will steal 2 to 3 times the amount advertised and they will never give you any tracking number nor will they ever respond to you again. I ordered an item with sale price listed for $59.99 but was charged unauthorized amount of $111.21 since December 30, 2024! Till date no correspondence, no tracking number and no phone number. I filed complaint with PayPal and they responded and offered to refund me partial credit of the extra charge and still send my item and I accepted on the condition that they send my items as agreed. However, they never sent my item after they refunded me $46.44. They still owe me $64.94 and each time I tried to reopen the case with PayPal it shows refunded and closed case and therefore cannot be reopened or filed again. I can’t believe that PayPal would let this culprit get away with my money. I am therefore sharing my ugly experience with this fake online dealer so others won’t fall victims to these fraudsters I believe she’s based in China. Goes by the name Le Hong Hiep

I have made several purchases in the last 2 weeks. The last 2 orders items were not even sent. I asked customer service to resend the product and they said I had to repurchase the items at 3x the cost. Glambot can have some decent sales at times but you never know the condition they will be in, if they send your ordered items at all. Plus I was sent completed empty skincare, face and hair spray.

I paid $22 for my order, and it disappeared from my order history. I need a refund. I have purchased many fancy items before, and they didn't send them, just refunded me without any explanation. And now my order has disappeared and didn't recieve cancellation notification or refund!

I used 10 glambucks point for that order (and didn't recieve them back either) is the only proof I have because my order disappeared from that site. I only see 1 order in my order history when there were 2 orders, one of them disappeared!

I got an amazing price so honestly thought shipping to Me would take forever here in oklahoma and I was dead wrong. It was so fast. The products are either new or look brand new. I got so much for so little. Definitely the best purchase and find this decade. I would recommend the any and everyone and definitely buy again.

Do not sell to glambot..they are a scam rip off site...I sent in 15 brand new peices of makeup including an over 50 dollor laura mercier item still in box sealed not broken..and more -new brand name items. !.over several hundred dollors of brand new name brand cosmetics makeup items.!!..because I switched to clean non toxic beauty...it took months to get an offer...after several attempts to contact them thru email..they finally responded.my offer was 11 dollars..if I didn't want to accept that and receive my items back..the shipping cost is 40 dollars paid up front...they are online con artists..non of this is online..that your shipping return costs are 40 dollars..don't deal with them...I never will again..and if I was you.avoid them like the bad plague they are to the unsuspecting people..

Glambot has some Austin guy who ignores emails even if you write 10 times. They send you broken items or items you didnt order but not the ones you did. And what they do when you write about the problem? NOTHING. They are ignorant, rude and be very careful when buying from this terrible company with non existing customer service. I also bought Fenty cream bronzer from them and it had hairs in it.They didnt even clean it.

I sent them over 30 high end items and have heard nothing since. No reply to my emails. Tracked with shipping and the package arrived. They are currently ghosting me. I sent them hundreds of £££ worth of items and expected at least something back. It looks like they have stolen the lot. Nothing I can do.

DO NOT SELL TO THEM. They are an absolute scam now. I have received an offer to buy email, but the offer link is literally just to their website, nothing else, you can't access that info anywhere else. No one has responded to the emails/messages I sent(instead they force you to sign up for an account), and no phone number for you to reach them. You will be giving them your makeup for free, better donate than give them to these people. I trusted them because I have sold to them a few times about over 5 years ago, and they did offer money to buy your makeup, but obviously their current plan is to ruin their brand, and scam people for as long as they can.

Glambot stole over 30 makeup items from me. Assumed this would be a good way to sell makeup items I was not using. Contacted them. Some named Sophie told me how to get my items over to them and they would contact me on receipt. Tracked this package. Was received over a week ago and since them glambot have ghosted me. Can see my items selling on their site since then. This site is a scam from a seller’s point of view. Avoid!!!!

Good service products are as expected but without the original boxes.
Another remark is the delivery time to Europe and the customs duty paid (5.36 Euro on an order of $49.92, more than 11% of the value). Interesting also he products are made in Italy and reimported in Italy.

I ordered a Naked 2 palette and I received a fake one/ replica. I have contacted them via email and Instagram, but I never got an answer. A waste of money. I cannot recommend them. Really disappointing.

I had a good thing going with glambot. The customer service used to reply. I got upset at them since the day they sent me the wrong order. I ordered a toofaced unused concealer in Golden Beige but they gave me a used concealer in Golden which is 5 shades darker. I even asked them that they made a mistake and sent me the wrong one so please fix it. They never responded no matter how much I messaged them. They have no number either so this sucks for me really and it sucks for them too. They lost a product .. and got a bad review from their loyal customer who recommended them at one point.
