The shoes are perfect, they just took too long to receive them in transit.

I ordered shoes for my partner based upon the measurements from their website. The shoes took 4 weeks to arrive and were too long and too narrow. Girotti claims that they do not refund because the shoes are not defective. If they aren’t made to the specifications, they ARE defective. To get the proper width he’d have to order size 11. He wears size 8. DO NOT BUY HERE!!

The shade red suede shown on the website is lighter compared to the actual shade in person. I preferred a darker red anyway so this pleased me. The shoe is very soft leather, I cannot tell if it is genuine leather but Im not planning on wearing them for strenuous activities. All in all they are worth the money because they are great looking, decent quality, comfortable and customized! The order took a month (give or take a few days) to arrive and it is not a scam like I have read in other reviews.

Loved the shoes got many compliments and they are very comfortable. The delivery was a little slow but the good quality made up for that. Thanks for a beautiful shoe

Really easy to order custom styling shoes - what you order is what is delivered.

Service and progress tracking all through to delivery was great.

This is an absolute scam. They sent me boots that are too smal and of terrible quality, worth £20 max, after I paid £235. They refused to give me a refund, and gave me their own voucher instead. I used the voucher to order a bag from this - it's been a month ago and the bag is not arriving either. It's just a scam, nothing else.

The shoes were delivered on time and well constructed. I would give them 2 Thumbs Up.

The shoes are very poorly made. There are small pleats where the sole of the shoe meets the top. The material looks and smells like plastic, not leather. Shoes have a strong chemical odor even after being aired. The sole and the heels are made of very cheap, cheap plastic. OMG! I mis Via Spiga!

My shoes are nice, beautiful and comfortable, exactly match with its photos on the website. The only problem was delivery time. It took almost one month to get my order. Hopefully it gets improved in the future. Thanks

The 2 pair of boots that I ordered are both beautiful and beautifully made. They are also very comfortable .

I ordered shoes for an event and followed up with customer service who provided tracking. On 01/23/26 the shoes were supposed to be delivered. The tracking confirmed delivery but shoes were never delivered to my address. I contacted USPS. I received a phone call and was advised the shoes were delivered to a different address. I provided the email to the company. They still wanted to confirm with their shipping partners. I was provided the same tracking link from USPS 2 weeks+ later stating my shoes were delivered fo my address even after I indicated USPS contacted me and confirmed the shoes went to wrong address by the delivery person. I provided the email from USPS rep. Still No refundable has been given to date. I have no shoes. I would not recommend this company. This is unfair and its not my fault the delivery person failed to deliver the shoes to correct address.
The only way to make this right is give me a refund!

Shoes are made badly and hurt feet, but they don't accept refund, because apparently that is not considered a "manufacturer defect"

Do not buy from them, as it's a scam.

This is the first order I have placed with Girotti. I ordered my usual size which proved a little small. That pair was replaced with a larger size which fits perfectly. The shoes are beautiful, elegant and very comfortable. Thank you Girotti.

The shoes arrived and were too small . I asked to return them and have a refund . They informed me they do not refund . I could have a credit voucher or another style in a bigger size . As the shoes were for my daughter’s wedding and cost over £200 I asked again for a refund . They refused . I asked if I could have a pair made which they advertise that they will do if the shoes don’t fit . They wouldn’t do this . Please don’t order from this company . Their company address is a hairdressers in Milan .

If it were possible, I wouldn’t give this company even one star. This is a complete scam. Do not buy anything from them. The shoes are absolute garbage and a total waste of money. They are not handmade and not italyan brand. Very poor quality!

These shoes are so cheaply made and so uncomfortable to be anything close to Italian leather!!! And so expensive. Such a sad rip off.
