The store has three floors, a blaze of white interrupted by the chromatic shock of a series of magnificent works of art. The ground floor is dedicated to the women's collections, the jewellery and footwear corner. The island of flowers is immediately striking, the installation that has always been Gio Moretti's calling card. The upper floor offers more contemporary women's collections, while the lower floor is dedicated to men's collections and an area dedicated to special books on fashion and photography.

Il pantalone da Lei ordinato è un capo sartoriale della stagione invernale 23/24, non capiamo il nesso tra ''gamba molto larga'' e ''fondo di magazzino'' poichè tramite il codice fornitore può verificare lei stesso la stagionalità del prodotto. Ci dispiace abbia lasciato una recensione negativa per la vestibilità dell'articolo, la qualità dei nostri prodotti è da sempre un nostro punto di forza. A presto,

The return policy mentions that the customer will be deduced shiping fees if using the prepaid label that is included. They deducted 419 euros $495 from my credit amount. Charges that large should be brought to the customers attention prior to purchase.

Li ho contattati per un problema tecnico riscontrato sulla piattaforma Yoox che non mi permetteva di acquistare un loro prodotto. Questo prodotto su Yoox era acquistabile ad un prezzo inferiore (20% in meno) rispetto al sito ufficiale Gio Moretti. Il customer care di Gio Moretti, non potendo risolvere il problema tecnico di Yoox, mi ha fornito un codice sconto del 20% in modo da completare la transazione sul sito Gio Moretti allo stesso prezzo di Yoox. C'è stato un giorno di ritardo del corriere: ho ricevuto la notifica di merce in consegna, ma il prodotto è stato poi consegnato il giorno successivo. Non credo possa essere colpa del venditore, ma consiglio Gio Moretti di affidarsi a GLS per le spedizioni. Decisamente migliori di DHL.

The Bag looks like it's secondhand
The bag I received looks like it's secondhand. It appears dirty, and there is mold all over the inside of the bag. You should clean it before shipping it to the customer.
