***Checking-In***
When I got to the address that was given to me during booking the hotel/apartment (after driving 9hours), there was no clear explanation that I had to go down to check in at another office. If it weren't for the gentleman running the downstairs bar I would have been left in LA with no room at 12AM. So I finally figured out how to check-in through outside codes and getting buzzed in (there is no office that you can just walk into) after all this I get hit with major hidden FEES!!!

***Hidden Fees***
I booked the room through Hotels.com and not once was the hidden "cleaning fee" of $120. explained to me. Not until time of check in. That fee should be included in the booking reservation, meaning instead of advertising $130 a night it should be $250 a night so people know exactly what they are paying. Also, they charged me $20 a night for parking but when I got to the parking lot they were charging only $10 (overnight).... So my $320 reservation easily added up to $500 (two nights).... all the codes that were given to me to get in the building were wrong, I had to wait another 30mins to get in (myself by calling with instructions given to me over the phone as there is no one the site to help).

***Service***
Not to mention when it was time to check out (which clearly stated 11am) 10am house keeping was nocking at my door. Of course like any other hotel I said not ready, no big deal I thought.... Until the manager and house keeper showed up at 10:55 and stood out side the door hovering, making sure that my family and I were out by exactly 11:am as if we did something wrong. I asked if I could please have an additional 10-15mins to gather my stuff and I was told NO! With that being said the manager and housekeeper didn't even know any of the codes to get into room. So I had to help them get into the room they just kicked me out of!

*Location- Great.
*Rooms- Beautiful.
*Checking in- Horrible and Confusing
*Customer Service- The worst I've ever experienced.
*Company/Price- Will trick you into thinking your getting a good deal but will charge you hidden fees anyway they can!

This company is not honest at all. I booked an appartment and had a really poor experience (see bellow). I posted a review and they will not publish it.

Furthermore, you clearly see that the only google reviews are from the company itself.

Next to the location, I have nothing positive to say about this company.
1. The checkin did not work. We were there before 6pm (which is still check-in time) but had to walk three blocks to get the key out of a key box. The code was not provided in advance so I had to call them. If you don't have a local cell phone that will be an expensive call!
2. We booked an appartment for three as I was travelling with two other friends. The appartment is listed for four people. But it only has one queen size bed. I slept on the couch. The sheets were not there and I had to look for them even if I paid the extra fee for the 4-people-appartment. There were also only 2 towels.
3. On booking.com it's listed as a cheap deal but there are lots of hidden costs. Everytime they charge you an extra of USD 120.- cleaning fees. In my point of view, it's a clear rip-off tactic they use and booking should ban them or not allow it. It's not listed transparently enough!
4. It was not very clean at all. Lots of crumbs on the couch and dust everywhere. The USD 120.- seem to be taken and just party invested in poor cleaning service.

We just loved this Place! Travelling With Our 3 youngest Girls, 10, 12 and 16 years old this was Perfect, clean, big Apartment With everything we needed during Our 10 days vacation. the gym and the pool was perfekt, Short way to Universal Studio and all the typical Things you wanne visit as tourist and a big shoppingcenter, Wax Museum, Theater etc 2 minutes away. We are coming back, that's for sure

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage, in Washington DC.. Die Wohnung war sauber und modern. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und wir hatten die Möglichkeit eine Stunde früher einzuchecken, als üblich. Danke sehr, definitiv werde ich Ihre Wohnung empfehlen.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed this apartment, Belltown. The bathroom, closet, kitchen, and bedroom was perfect. The unit came with a balcony with views of Downtown and the Space Needle. Past reviews claimed the neighborhood was bad. I can say we felt secure and had little trouble with homeless or additional trouble. Check in and out was SUPER easy. We enjoyed the rooftop common area for morning coffee drinks and even celebrated New Years with neighbors. Overall 5 out of 5 experience. As far as feedback we would have liked a softer bed and nicer bedroom blankets. Street parking was SUPER easy but would have preferred to park inside the building as there were plenty of spots in the garage and would have liked the option.

Walked into my room and found a man and woman who just had sex on my bed I payed for. Apparently they were all booked that night so I couldn't switch to a new room. I shared the futon with another 30 year old man.The next day they had some available so when I went to go switch rooms, the guy I saw in my room the night before turned out to be an employee. It took almost two weeks to get anything done about it. They offered me 80$ gift card to (external reference), and 10% off my next stay. Of course I will never stay again and I hope nobody else does either. I'm disgusted in so many ways. DO NOT STAY AT A GINOSI APARTMENT!

The apartment was brilliantly located on Hollywood blvd and easy to pick up transport links. The complex is lovely and we took advantage of the gym, pool, jacuzzi and out door fire place. The residence are very friendly and go out of there way to help you. If I had any negative points it would be when I first arrive I found it tricky to find my way to the apartment from the office. There are different apartment blocks and different lifts to each block and after traveling for over 13 hours I got a bit confused. I asked for help from some of the residence and they showed me the way. We are planning our next trip and will be staying here again. I would highly recommend the apartment to others.

Perfect location and easy access to shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had all the extras. The Ginosi team were extremely helpful when I called. Will defiantly be using this apartment when I'm back in LA. Nothing to complain about... A very happy customer.

My husband and I reserved this apartment in DC for our wedding anniversary. It was last minute because we changed our minds on where we wanted to spend our anniversary.

We made the reservation on a travel site, and after the reservation was confirmed, we received an email from a 3rd party entity (not the one we had booked the apartment through). I became concerned and looked up Ginosi. The reviews had us very worried. There is a no cancellation policy which made things worse. BUT.... I have to say, sometimes you just have to see for yourself.

THE SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL!! THE APARTMENT WAS CLEAN AND IT SMELLED WONDERFUL!! The worst part was that the refrigerator was not working and the sink was clogged up. My hubby got the fridge to work and first thing in the morning the maintenance man came and fixed the sink. (A previous renter had stuck coins in the sink!! Some people).

We are hoping for a refund for the first night, we had to try to keep our food cold (we took food to cook during our stay). To be honest, we have stayed in top billed 5 star hotels and had to deal with much worse!

The location was prime! The amenities were wonderful! It was quite! The view from the roof was exceptional! The staff was friendly and available! I am glad that we did not take the loss and stay somewhere else. Thanks to our stay, we are actually looking into possibly moving into one of the units permanently!

Different strokes for different folks I guess. I am glad there was no tv in the bedroom, we actually slept and rested well. I didn't mind not having cable, it forced us to get out and enjoy our time away!! I think they have a good thing going!!!!

I haven't had a chance to visit Eurasia yet, but I often find myself reading Ginosi's blog and planning my fantasy vacation. I even won one of their contests a little while ago. =) When I finally get the time for a trip I'm definitely going to be booking with Ginosi because from what I can tell they're the only company to actually inform the traveler before they go.

Great website, very simple to search for hotels in Armenia, has interesting travel information .You can find a lot of budget hotels here.The service is great, too

it was an incredible scene getting to Yerevan without any idea of how to get to my hotel. Vazgen from ginosi actually picked me up from the airport and took me to the hotel, service like that I haven't seen in a long time.

Great service to begin with but also the best prices on hotels...they even have houses for incredible prices. Their website is very user friendly so if you're planning a trip to Armenia all in all this is the way to go about it!
