Gimmehoop Anmeldelser

Received today 2 hoops, amazing! Fast shipping, heavy frames!

Do not order from this company.

I paid $579.80 for a surfboard and never received anything. No shipping confirmation, no tracking, and no response to multiple follow-ups.

This appears to be a scam or, at minimum, a completely unreliable business.

Decent. Has stood up to harsh weather so far.

Excellent hoop, top-level quality. Robust construction and stylish design.

very responsive and accommodating customer service, they refunded my shipping due to lateness, which wasn't their fault.

Received the Italian Framed Hoop for my office. Nice personal touch with the baroque frame, and it's still functional. Easy to install using the included hardware. Shipping took a week or so, which was okay. The hoop feels solid, but I would not recommend dunking on it. It adds character to the room overall.

Had it for a week before it broke. Still waiting for them to send me a new piece since Feb of this year. No customer service, this would be a ZERO star review. Its a weld spot that broke........................ Take care of your customers.......................

Nice product. Well packaged for shipping to prevent damages. My only dislike is that a clear coat should be applied to prevent paint from rubbing off. When you run your fingers on the rim or paint residue from paint is on your fingertip.

My best purchase in 2024. 40x32 inches looks fantastic! Thank you

RUSSIAN PRODUCTS, POOR QUALITY, SCAM

Ordered 25 hoops (basketball rings) , in gold color, received them all damaged and in copper color. Mailed them , called them but no anwer. When I mailed them with a sales question, they replied... A total discrase with products made in Russia
AVOID !!

Amazing customer service! Email is the preferable contact & I heard back the same day for any questions and concerns before making the purchase.

Shipping is via DHL with tracking information - frame was packaged properly with 'fragile' sticker on the packaging box & it arrived within 8 Days to Toronto, Canada.

I bought the 40"x32" gold frame & black leather & the size is great for my living room but I wish I bought the largest size as this is a basketball hoop masterpiece!

These people are a scam they gave me a hard time to return my item back and it cost $800.00 to return it back
Do not waste your money on this product!

I bought the gold basketball hoop with the lights and the Lana Del Rey picture . They are gorgeous and so chic in person. The pictures don’t do it justice. They are true pieces of art. The only I would have done differently is get bigger pieces. That was my fault, since the dimensions are there and accurate. My recommendation is to go bigger if you have the space.

Heads up that the credit card charge may come up as Individual Entrepreneur Manuchar Chagiashvili. bogansin.store .I disputed it with paypal because I didn’t recognize the name. Definitely not fraud and worth every penny I paid.

Love my Gimmehoop purchase. It arrived today! There’s a small section on the frame where the frame is missing gold paint, but it will be undetectable once it’s on the wall. Can’t wait to hang it and use it. It looks amazing! Thanks Gimmehoop!

Great communication with seller! AWSOME QUALITY. Highly recommend them. Received my golden black leather backboard hoop. Better than expected. Would buy from them again.

I purchased the Baroque frame basketball hoop, and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase! The delivery was very fast, and the hoop looks absolutely stunning. It has become a true centerpiece in my interior decor. Thank you so much for the excellent product and service!

I really liked the hoop in the frame! It looks unbelievably cool, all my friends are asking where I bought it! Now I want to buy a few more for gifts; the "wow" effect is guaranteed! I'm sure they look amazing! I recommend it to everyone!!!! Delivery, quality - everything is top-notch! The frame is heavy, wooden, I don't understand where the negative reviews are coming from; it's practically indestructible. I received the hoop in a 40*32 inches frame, the frame weighs about 6 kg, it looks impressive, and expensive!

I bought for my son who didn't like it. Returning it is a joke. The website says they are in Denver but this is the return address: "Country Kazakhstan
City Astana
Address: Aitmatova 33
Receiver: Aidar M.
Phone number: +7 702 559 9129
Zipcode: 010000"
And I'm responsible for shipping costs, which is more than the product.
Another internet scam.
I ended up buying him one locally for $50.

Amazing product! More beautiful in person. We LOVE it!!
