Wasn't too sure if my tickets were…

Wasn't too sure if my tickets were seated together which has been responded to very quickly. Prices are very good compared to other ticket sellers

Hi Susan, it appears you have highlighted a bug and on the Sarah Millican event it is missing the words "Seated Tickets Are Together" at the point where you add to the cart. We will correct this as soon as possible, Thanks Steve

Really pleased with my experience

Really pleased with my experience . I Was a little nervous as I’ve never bought tickets from a reseller before but everything went smoothly ,tickets scanned at the venue and we had a brilliant night .

Excellent experience with Gigtix!

An excellent experience with using Gigtix for Harry Styles in Cardiff. We purchased a Bishopsgate ticket that I actually ended up reselling to a new buyer and the process was seamless. Steve was so attentive and made sure that my buyer received her ticket on time and well in advance of the event via the See Tickets app. No issues or questions on the door - she had an incredible view of Harry and had the best night ever. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Gigtix again in the future. One of the few genuine ticket websites out there.

Bought tickets for Harry Styles

Bought tickets for Harry Styles in Cardiff (20/6). Was slightly worried about tickets not being real or a scam, confirmation email advised we would receive tickets 48 hours before the show. Tickets came earlier than that, arrived at the stadium and everything was okay. Worries over, got into the stadium, had the best night ever! Can’t recommend them enough! 10/10, thank you!!!

It worked!!

I wasn't sure if this site works, but I could successfully get in to the venue with the ticket I purchased from here!!
(The PDF ticket was from ticketline and seemed legitimate, I'm not 100% sure as they didn't scan the barcode though)
The site says the ticket will be delivered within 2 hours after purchase, but I've received the e-marl 8 hours after purchase.
I don't mind the slight difference now, but I got a little bit anxious.
GigTix Instagram account is dead and the review number here is too small!
But I thank GigTix to give me an opportunity to go to the sold-out concert at the face value.
I wish I could use PayPal as well,
not only the credit card.

Hi Mika, thanks for the positive review. We do get tickets to buyers within the 2 hours if it is during working hours, otherwise it can take a little longer. The venue should always scan the barcode, we are amazed they didn't, but all of our tickets are genuine and purchased from official outlets, we own all tickets you see on our site. We do not use Instagram much as it is quite difficult to post pictures of our exciting day as we are so busy and it would be a bit boring for people, however we do use Twitter a fair bit to advertise discount tickets etc. We also removed paypal as their fees are double the credit card fees, however we are looking to work with them again if they can reduce their fees to half price! :-)
