I would definitely recommend Gigtix, I'd never used them before but wanted some extra tickets. Good communication and all went smoothly.

Our GigTix experience was GREAT!
First time buying from a ticket resale site since a bad experience with a well known company. GigTix restored my faith! Tickets arrived in time limits given, great seats and Bob Dylan gig was great for us. If you failed at box office, go to GigTix is our recommendation!

Hi Gillian, the face value price printed on the tickets is not the price available to the general public and not the price we pay for the tickets. When we then list those tickets for sale we price to demand which we do make very clear on the website, this is how a lot of the industry now prices tickets since Covid, like for example Ticketmaster, AXS and The Royal Albert Hall. This means that we do not charge any extra fees but that prices fluctuate, though when we price tickets we are usually the cheapest website anywhere for equivalent tickets at that time for sold out events, hence the likelihood that you purchased from us. We also have to take into account the costs of marketing, taxes and third parties involved in the transaction when we set prices. It is also important to us to provide all the necessary information to customers so that they can make an informed decision when buying with plenty of time and no pressure selling tactics. Tickets for your event were very high in demand and we are pleased that we provided you with great seats from which to enjoy the show, Kind Regards Steve

10/10!!!! I was skeptical getting from a 3P but it was worth it. The tickets came the Friday before the concert day (Wednesday) it was easy access with getting the tickets onto the Ticketmaster; simple and easy instructions and made my night last night at the Bryson Tiller final Tour show. Will definitely come back in the future if I need tickets that was sold out.

Amazing service
I had problems with my tickets because, i was in another country at the time. The support team responded in an hour and we couldnt sort it at the time. The support was in constant contact with me and we got it sorted out! The concert was great and thank you gigtix, surely will buy again!
