Arrived but wrong cigarettes. Communication before receipt of product not bad - a bit slow- but you eventually got a reply.
AFTER WRONG PRODUCT DELIBERED - no communication at all - no response at all.

Slow and complicated purchase process and delivery. Sent incorrect product and only half the quantity. Have refused to communicate since. RIP off

Gigarettes are a fantasy company. Take your payment swiftly then disappear, and do not respond to polite reminders that the order has simply not arrived.

The whole story was satisfactory. They offer menthol options, which was convenient. Their website was user-friendly, and my package arrived in time. I did have a query about my order, and while their customer service response wasn't exceptional, they did eventually provide assistance. Generally it will work if you are looking for cigarettes from abroad.

i'm in the UK and placed an order a week ago, waited for this payment link to be emailed to me seperately but received nothing so messaged them twice but no reply. i wouldn't trust this site.

Hi all, I'm located Basingstoke/Hampshire UK.
Placed my order on 31 December 2023, which arrived today- 03 February 2024. (The first time I've purchased from Gigarettes as usually order via Hand Rolling Tobacco).
Happy with product - Esse Exchange Menthol/Apple, although I'd prefer menthol without apple.
I was skeptical at first as thought it was a scam website, especially after reading reviews regarding products confiscated by customs. Unfortunately this is the risk that you take when purchasing from overseas (which is set out in the terms and conditions when ordering) and it's the same risl when buying through other sellers like Hand Rolling Tobacco.

The one thing I will say is that Gigarettes do fail to communicateonce once the ordered has been placed.

I ordered my cigarettes from Gigarettes in September 2023, in December I still hadn't received them, I emailed them and they told me to be patient and that they had sent them. It is now 3 week in January and I still haven't received them, I've emailed them and no reply.
I have now received a letter from border force that they are keeping them and will not be able to have them either.
So no cigarettes and no money as they are not communicating we me. They know what their doing. It is illegal and A SCAM. Do not order from this site. Keep well away!!!!!

Very satisfied. Thanks guys. Everything worked like a charm. Although you should make an option to combine different brands in one order. Your minimum is 2 cartons per brand, and this is not really convenient for those who want get one carton of each brand. Think about it. It could boost your sales!

Ordered from this website online, and it was here before I expected. The shipping is okay, although tracking wasn’t informative. Glad to find good place for menthols.

Arrived on time, well packaged, update online, reshipped, etc. Will use again.

VERY UNHAPPY WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ORDER PROCESSING. I placed an order ( VJXUNBAWZ ) 2 x 200 Esse green.
I received an acknowledgement and notice of goods in transit within 7 days. HOWEVER, once money was taken from my account I received no further information and no response whatsoever to my 6 /7 emails to the Company. It was only AFTER my poor experience that I checked on here and saw all the other negative comments. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU AVOID THIS SITE AND DEFINITELY DO NOT SEND any money

I recently ordered cigarettes from Gigarettes, and I must say I'm highly satisfied with their service. Not only did they ship the cigarettes from overseas, but also received my order a couple of days earlier than expected. Their efficiency and prompt delivery impressed me. Overall, I had a great experience with Gigarettes, and I would recommend them to others looking to save money on the cigarette purchases.

Placed an order 7 March 2023. After many email requests about how the order is coming on, still no sign (29 September) of the cigarettes and no refund offered. I really doubt whether this is a genuine company.

I placed an order for 600 cigarettes.
400 seized ...200 missing. I havevemailed them several times,completely no response! No refund and no cigarettes. I would really like my money back! This is theft!
