Gift Playground Anmeldelser

My delivery has not yet been delivered, and when I log in it says "fulfilled", When I try to track my delivery the details given on my invoice does not give a response from the tracking company, or the website.

So quick and easy to order. Was delivered in record time!
Very impressed and will def be using them more

Paid an extra $5 for a plain box to be covering my purchase of my daughter's birthday bike and it has come with no covers clearly stating what it is for my child to see.

First time buying from you guys! Bought a bike. Shipped and arrived extremely quickly, bike is amazing quality and my daughter loves it. Thank you so much! Will defiently be using you again and recommending you wherever I can!

We elected pickup from the warehouse rather than delivery and from the time i placed the order online, i received a confirmation email approximately a couple hours later confirming it was ready to be collected.

The service was absolutely impressive !! I ordered/purchased my push bike on a Tuesday morning, within the hr, had an email to say the order is being processed. Couple hrs later, another email saying, my order is being shipped.. I received my push bike Wednesday afternoon !! Thank you to all involved with my order , from, the person who read the order, to the truck driver who delivered it.. thank you all !! ( was received in perfect packaging and in perfect condition )…Keith

Perfect in everyway, quick and easy with no fuss

Fast shipping, product as described

Amazing, quick service and quality product.
Highly recommend.

Excellent quality item. Fast shipping. Hassle free payment system. Highly recommended.

Great communication and the product was exactly as I hoped it would be. I have recommended to others, which is of course a strong endorsement. Thanks to the team at Gift Playground.

The range of incredible gifts and things that you can choose from Gift Playground is wonderful. I had fun choosing between specialised items that are hard to find, unique things for friends and family and some more popular lines that I really like. The service and delivery was efficient, even across Christmas.

I purchased a kids bike online for pick up. All was easy, and the bike is great quality.

The shop itself was fine, the bikes I bought were pretty ordinary which isn’t their fault. However had they listed the weight of the bike on the website I wouldn’t have ordered them, which would’ve saved me wasting $300.

Shocked to see the size of the chair when it arrived, It is even small for a two year old baby let alone a primary school boy. Couldn’t be more disappointed. The worst online buy ever.

Customer service was super responsive and helpful

Bought online on Sunday bike arrived on Tuesday
