Worst service ever! They are scammers! They are charging 18,950 for a dress from Nishaat on their website. Original price for that same dress from Nishaat is 11,990. Huge price difference between the two. Will not recommend using their services at all.

One of the worst experience i had, they send old flowers to my wife and the gift was not looking like the image they shown on website at all. They Embarrassed me.

I ordered from them for my father birthday...They charged thousands for the order...I confirmed everything from them about the order ..last min they said cake cant be made in round and made it Square.. I ordered with acrylic box flowers etc and they delivered a basic cake with pic in normal cardboard box I always use to order from them ..this time they ruined my father bday by delivering the cake in such a bad way..Now I am asking for a refund from them and they said they will charge for that pathetic cake and only refund few thousands...We trust them.but their customer service is ridiculous...The way they are dealing this matter is pathetic .

Have used to Giftoo.com on several occasions and their service and product quality were commendable but the last occasion I used them in the new year event (January 2025) they failed to deliver on the slotted time frame , products were rubbish ( even the recipient’s cat refused to eat it!!) . Yet the same product delivered on another occasion was perfect.When I requested 50% discount to resend the order they bluntly refused.They refused to pass my comments and concern to higher management and simply lied that they have done so! They refused to give me the managing director contact details to write to them.This experience has put me off using them again. They lost a regular and profitable customer . Very disappointed

They charge a lot for deliveries but service is so poor. I will never use them again. Pathetic communication skills always ready for excuses. I jus wan to abuse them on their attitude and cheap behaviour.What a foolish service .Dumb Man......

I am based in UK ordered online to deliver in Pakistan for the same day delivery. From scratch till the end, the services were awesome. Kept me informed throughout. Excellent customer services. Delivered on time with exactly 💯 genuine product guarantee. Last moment order same day delivery also dealt with care and cooperation. Remarkable service specially took care by the girl name Sonia. Really happy with each and everything. Price were worth and the quality of the cake for upto the mark. Flowers were very fresh. Everything was very presentable with exactly the same message I wanted to deliver to my beloved sister. Thank you seller for everything.

Pathetic service. Delivered the order late and not what was ordered. Instead, gave cheap and low quality products. Asked for a refund but did not hear back from them.

DONT USE!!! Crap service! Charge premium prices based on brands and deliver low quality cheap products.

I ordered a gift for valentines day, 3 days in advance. got a confirmation. the gift was supposed to be delivered between 1PM-5PM. At 10 PM at night the gift had not yet been delivered. I contacted them on WhatsApp (that's the quickest way to get hold of them) and was assured my delivery was on the way, the rider had picked up the gift for delivery. I was also informed that I cant expect them to adhere to the timeslot on a "event day". another hour passed and the gift had not been delivered, so I had to ruin the surprise and tell the recipient of the gift to contact them. When she called them they told her that her gift would not be delivered today, that they don't do late night deliveries and that she should expect her gift the next day (when its not valentines day anymore)

so not only did the company lie to me (the customer) telling me the gift was out for delivery...but also failed to deliver on time AND on the occasion the gift was for.

SCAM- Horrible service- DO NOT recommend,

Fraud fraud fraud! I ordered well before the cut off date and received my order AFTER Valentine’s Day and the entire order was horrendous. Their excuse was that “it’s a small city so resources are limited” this company needs to be shut down completely I have been calling and messaging since yesterday and no one’s responds to me. Once order was received I sent across ALL video and picture proof and they still have the audacity to say they need to find out what’s happened. It’s right there in black and white! Regardless of what happened and why it happened it’s happened you ruined our day and we didn’t even get a damn apology never mind the refund we are entitled to. Keep pushing this company for your money back

Avoid at all costs. Ordered 5 days ago for valentine's Day. Kept saying the same thing driver is on the way. They are a fraud company should be shut down. Thank you for ruining valentine's Day did not receive any order.
