Bought a digital gift card
Bought a digital gift card, assuming it would be sent immediately-ish (which seems reasonable - there was no indication otherwise on the sales page). I got an email saying it could take up to two hours, and to email if it hadn’t been sent in 12. Twelve hours later, it hadn’t been sent - I emailed. By after noon the next day, no response, so I emailed again saying it was a time sensitive gift. They replied shortly there after saying something about it being received but not “actioned”, now asking if I wanted it sent or refunded. I’d made no indication at any point I wanted it refunded, so I don’t know why they would have delayed things further to ask. But fine, I clarified to please send. No further response and it is now after business hours on a Friday. They also don’t provide you an order number, nor did I get a receipt (just the email saying it could take up to two hours). I definitely would not use again!

Regarding the points, JB Hi-Fi isn’t a points-eligible brand, which is why you received a lower total than you were expecting. We display this on each brand’s page before a purchase can be made, but we’ll review how to make that information clearer.

*Scammed* No gift card
I ordered a Deliveroo voucher to give to my daughter so she could order food without needing access to my account. However, I never received the gift card. I contacted the support team and was asked to provide a 4-digit code from my bank statement. Since then, I've heard nothing back—no response, no follow-up, and still no gift card. I'll now be following up with my bank. Honestly, I’d recommend avoiding this service. It’s neither fast nor supportive, and just not worth the hassle.

We take accusations like “scammed” very seriously, and in this case the claim is simply untrue. Your order was processed less than 40 minutes after you provided the four-digit code, and the Deliveroo gift card was delivered to your email at 11:42am. It has since been accessed and redeemed.
Our support team also followed up with you but received no reply. While we understand the process may have felt inconvenient, it’s not accurate to state that no gift card was received or that support was lacking.

I was very wary about using this…
I was very wary about using this company, all seemed to easy ! After reading the reviews I thought ok I’ll give it a try , it was the ideal way to send a gift to family abroad .
Well it was and it worked like a dream . e-voucher was delivered with 10/15 mins .
Entire process was painless and my son was delighted with his gift.
Won’t hesitate to use them again .

Gift cards were easy to buy and…
Gift cards were easy to buy and delivered quickly and seamlessly to email. My only negative comment is that the gift card expires after two years. In Canada, it’s law that gift cards never expire but this isn’t the case with Giftoff which is a U.K. company.
