I haven't used their services, but spotted someone using my info to make a purchase on their site as a scam. I contacted their support immediately and they gave me a full refund and help prevent the scam from going through.

Never shipped. Order 3 weeks ago. No customer service return emails. Filed a case with PayPal.

I have a problem with a Lowe's gift card which I paid $76 and now the card has a $0 balance and I never used it. I have written emails since March 30 and I am just piling up "ticket numbers" where they said they will get back to me in 3-5 days. More like 3-5 weeks and they still have not gotten back to me. I am up to 4 ticket #'s and still no response. I am going to file a complaint with my credit card company.

GiftCardBin can no longer be trusted! Avoid them unless you want to lose your money! My last two orders 1) 14 out of 14 Walmart e-cards were bad and 2) 3 Ross physical gift cards were never sent. They don't respond to any emails anymore, so they are probably on the verge of going out of business. I filed a complaint with PayPal and the Better Business Bureau and the California Dept of Justice. Stay clear of this business. They need to be shut down!

I purchased a card and they claimed that I have used it entirely. But then, they found out that it has not been used at all by me and they haven't even sent the card details to me. So, they promised to submit a case with Home Depot to get the funds back. After almost 6 months, despite several follow-ups and not answering some of emails, I lost 491.25 USD.

I have used them successfully for years, but the last gift card I bought 2 weeks ago had a zero balance. I reported it immediately via email but received no response (except an auto-reply). They do not offer phone or online support, only email support which they don't respond to.

Bought from them from December, 2014 to January, 2020 with no problems. My last purchase of $500 (October 31, 2022) received cards with zero balances. They don't answer the phone and do not respond to email. I presume they are out of business. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere.

5/13/22 Gift Card Bin has an Out of Business- Sweet Tomatoes Gift Card for sale. I notified them via email 1+ months ago that Sweet Tomatoes Permanently Closed in 2020, so Please Remove this Worthless Gift Card. They Did Not Correct Their Error !

Went to an affiliate store and got 135$ cash for 225$ worth of giftcards to various restaurants. They had been sitting forever as I dont have these places near me. It was easy and I would do it again.

I buy a lot of gift cards from vary sites and this site always has competitive discounts and fairly quick respond and process of refund for bad or inaccurate cards. I feel safe to buy from giftcardbin.com for this reason I put 5 stars.

Ordered a 'physical' gift card for my sister-in-law's birthday. I received the card 20 days after I ordered it (was supposed to be 5-7 business days) and instead of a gift card, I received a Merchandise Return Card. While the value stated was correct and does work in-store. it was embarrassing to give my sister-in-law a merchandise card as a gift that cannot be used online. If you need to buy something from a store (B&M), this may work for you. But, be warned that these are not gift cards that you're buying and will likely take nearly a month to receive.

This company is committing fraud.They sell discounted gift cards with less value than you pay for it.

I purchased a discounted gift card for $275.13 with face value of $319.92. The actual value on the gift card was $12.10. They have kept my money and I am not so sure I will even get the refund on my order. Scam - Fraud is their business, buyers beware this company is bad news.

Stay far away from this company, I cannot believe they can stay in business doing this to customers. I did not read these reviews before, and I paid for this. Customers service agents are a joke, manager does not call you back.

I expected a supervisor out there to make this right, I was waiting on hold for a manager for over 15 minutes than I was told I could not hold any more!?No company should operate this way.

Received gift card in great time but they sent a merchandise card and not an actually gift card.
I was not able to use it for a gift, could not even be used for online shopping.

I purchased a gift card for nearly $300 from them and couldn't be happier. The gift card seems to have been lost in the mail (it was sent with tracking) and their customer service was on top of it at all times. Just used the gift card electronically, and everything seems to have gone well.
