Asked for a refund and the company demanded return of product within three days. Returned within 5 days as postal company delivered to wrong address. Giftology refused to refund cost even though I returned the product. The company still have my items. Would not recommend this company as you will not get a refund. Never again!
Such a beautiful gift box, everything was wrapped up beautifully, extremely happy with my box everything looks and smells beautiful 😍
Brilliant customer service, they make you feel like a friend not just and email address on their ordered list.
Fabulous gifts to pick from and looks much better in physical form than online while your building your gift box
This website is a great idea wished I’d thought of it😁
Can highly recommend and will definitely be using again.

Brought these as Christmas presents for my friends and they absolutely loved it. A beautiful and affordable gift with the element of making it a little personalised with allowing you to select what you would like include.

Thank you very much! We are happy you found the website easy to use ☺️ xx
Great service! I ordered multiple boxes to be sent to my friends and was able to just send an email with the individual addresses on, rather than make many separate orders. They responded to my query straight away and were very helpful. The process was swift and painless. They even reduced the postage to an oversees order I made as a good will gesture for ordering multiple boxes. I can't wait to see what my friends think of their gifts!
