It's the first time I've used this company and would not hesitate to use them again. I was sending a giftbox to NZ and duplicated some items by mistake. I was emailed and given a refund on the duplicated items. Very grateful for that. Giftbox arrived on time and well received. Had used company last year too. Would highly recommend.
