I ordered the wrong size bracelet, and found the exchange process very easy to follow. The turnaround was time sensitive as I needed it for a leaving party, so I dropped customer services an email to ask if it could be expedited. They happily did and I received the resized bracelet within 3 working days and just in time to present the gift.
Very happy with the bracelet and the fantastic service, would definitely recommend and use again in future

I bought a four leaf clover Pandora charm , everything went brilliantly from start to finish and the charm is beautiful , I can’t thank gift and wrap enough , the charm is for my friends birthday and I know she will be over the moon , and the ease of the site is so easy the company informs you from start to finish, plus they use your name when corresponding with you which is so nice . Amazing customer service, resolved a gift message issue immediately,the very next day after I had sent a query email, I was shocked at the speediness of response and extremely happy that my gift would still be delivered on time, Scarlett offeried an alternative immediately which reassured me greatly.
