I will not buy anything from Giddy up at all. My wife ordered a water bottle and paid it through PayPal. She then told me. I immediately checked the reviews and the price. It was double the price for the same exact item on Amazon and the reviews for Giddy Up were terrible. Within 10 minuets I tried to call but no phone listings. I then found email and requested to cancel the order. I received a reply that my request was received and someone would contact me. I assumed it was handled. I checked a few days later and no reply was received. I then started sending emails to different addresses. I received 1 reply giving me and other email address with no reply. I went to PayPal site. It was noted for me to send email to another email address before filing a complaint with PayPal. I did this with no reply. The item finally showed up. I sent another email saying I had cancelled the order and did not want the item. The only reply to PayPal from them was them showing the DSL tracking number and saying it was delivered. My wife was scammed. I will not purchase anything from anyone associated with Gitty UP. If you need copies of my emails or messages to PayPal just let me know

I have been working with the GiddyUp team in a marketing contractor/copywriting freelancer capacity for several months now on a variety of projects. To this day, I have nothing but great things to say about (quite literally) everyone I've had to work with. It has been a pleasure. When I choose an agency or client to commit my time to as a small business owner, THIS type of scenario is always what I hope for but find a rarity.
To sum things up I would choose these words: Trust, transparent, genuine, supportive, knowledge-sharing, honest, professional, detail-oriented, above-and-beyond, respectful, proactive and sustainable.

Ordered 3 computer light rings on December 15th 2021 as a Christmas gift for my wife, son and my computer. I cancelled the order the same day 8 hours later. GiddyUp published cancellation policy is orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. I sent an email to cancel the same day with no response from GiddyUP. On December 19th I received an email that they had some type of production delay and asked if I wanted to cancel the order or receive a "replacement". I asked GiddyUp to cancel the order again. No response. On January 12, 2022 still no light rings, no refund and no reply. I filed a PayPal claim for a refund and sent GiddyUp an email alerting them that I was requesting a refund. Suddenly, on the same day that I notified them of the refund request on January 12th, they shipped the order that I asked them to cancel twice! Item arrived 3 days later. They replied to PayPal with a tracking number saying the order was delivered and was refusing the refund. To make matters worse, they wanted me to pay for the shipping return for an item that I asked to cancel twice! I asked PayPal to ask GiddyUp to send me a prepaid return label. I later received an email from GiddyUp offering me a partial refund (without indicating the amount) if I kept the item because this would help the "CO2 ozone level" by not shipping the item back! I am requesting a full refund. This item should have never been shipped after being asked to cancel twice and being notified of the PayPal refund claim before shipping the item.
