Giant Vapes was founded in September of 2013 with a single goal: to make the best e-liquids on the market available in one user-friendly, unified place, saving vapers time and money. As the vape industry has grown, so have we, expanding our selection of products, our involvement in the vape community, and our staff to meet the growing needs of our customers. We carry e-liquid and hardware that we believe in, and that we use every day. We are obsessed with fulfillment. That’s right, we spend most of our time and manpower on getting your orders shipped quickly and correctly. We don’t mind bragging about our staff - our shipping team is the best in the business, and they’re constantly innovating and improving to make sure your orders get out lightning-fast. We are dedicated to customer service. Our fulfillment team makes sure your orders go out quickly and correctly, and our customer service team is here, just in case there’s a problem with your shipment. And, of course, they love to answer questions and make recommendations - our service staff is proud to be there when you need them. We are committed to advocacy. We work with state and national advocacy groups around the country to educate legislators and consumers, lobby for fair regulations, and secure the future of vaping. My only online vape store from now on!

Giant Vapes has been doing an outstanding job keeping their items in stock with quick delivery using UPS. Trying to purchase Suicide Bunny products from other online vape stores has been frustrating due to the fact that it takes them forever to restock their items but Giant Vapes always has Suicide Bunny in stock. Excellent Service!!

GiantVapes has been my go-to for years.

Until today.

I received two emails 3 days ago; one saying my product is packaged and being sent to UPS, and a 2nd saying that it will arrive tomorrow.

UPS Tracking indicates that they don't even have it yet, so no, it won't be here tomorrow.

Why lie to your customers???

Their prices are cheaper, but the shipping costs more, and it three times slower than competitors.

Suck it, Giant Vapes!

Always takes the cheapest and worst…

Always takes the cheapest and worst shipping while charging customers a premium for it. Package gets lost and they won't do anything about it until some imaginary timeframe passes. Terrible company, avoid them, always.

So I ordered some juice

So I ordered some juice, it made it to my local ups then all of a sudden it was sent back. I had to fight with route to get it sent back out. It finally arrived after a month. Wrong juice, so I been going back and forth with them. They said it’s the right juice but the company changed the packaging.

I wished I could post pics, it’s the wrong juice and the wrong brand. Now I’m not getting a reply from no one.i guess i donated $74.00 to them
