Good fun. This septuagenarian couple tackled the puzmat one section each day (to stop ourselves doing it all in one go!) The difficulty level meant it was challenging but one or other of us spotted the next step without ever getting totally stuck (so we never became frustrated with it) Will probably treat ourselves to the other two puzmats in due course.

Absolutely genius. We loved completing the Puzmat and can’t wait to do more. Really great fun, and you can do it in your own time.

We've completed all three Puz Mats now and loved everyone. It's so different, suits several generations and can be left for a break you have a rest. We did our last one New Year's eve, goes down well with a glass or two which inevitably adds to the fun but can also send you off on a tangent. Can't wait for the next one

Loved the puzzles and about the right length. Delivery took a while due to the postal strike, but everything as promised.
Would be improved if there were a couple of copies of the mat included, so that two teams could work on it at the same time in competition, for example, as you need to write on your copy as you go along.

Not only are the Puzmats brilliant and were a very successful family party activity, Customer Service was also superb. I had received the wrong Puzmat that I ordered, I telephoned and although I didn't receive a follow up e-mail I did receive the correct order on Christmas Eve. Many, many thanks!

Such a clever game. No idea which evil genius came up with all these interwoven problems!
Three adults completed this. We noticed that only one of us at any one time knew what was going on! However between us we solved the puzzle.
This was a Christmas gift and we completed it in a hotel room so didn’t have access to a couple of the everyday objects needed, however we were able to improvise. The website with hints and clues was easy to access and helpful.
We had to work hard and it took time but really enjoyed it!

The tiger puzzle was not too hard but was challenging enough. It kept our family entertained and we had a lot of fun for a couple of hours. The other 2 puzzles in the set have gone with our kids to uni as a fun game night with their housemates.

A mix up with packages meant I received something different to what was ordered. The customer service was very good and the issue was sorted in no time. Five star service.

Great fun doing PU2MAT. Spread over 3 days took two of us about 6 hours. Original and taxing at times. Will certainly try your other games

Challenging but fun, we have done both Puzmat ganes now, usually we do roughly half one day then complete the second day.
Never known a company have the owners whatsapp details on the website, let alone have them respond to questions over the christmas period. FANTASTIC customer service, I cannot rate it highly enough

Puzmat is a really fun puzzle game. Very cleverly made and gets the brain ticking over. We enjoyed it so much, we have ordered the other two mats that are currently available

Purchased to play New Years Eve with friends. Initially it was quite hard to work out what to do but we did manage to get started with help from the tips online. However, we were a group of 8 reasonably intelligent adults and I don’t think there was enough to keep everyone engaged and most of our group drifted away. The remaining smaller group completed three of the sections in about 2 hours but didn’t finish the puzzle as time was creeping towards midnight. I’d say the puzmat is challenging and suitable for a max group size of about 4 adults. I enjoyed working out the clues and would recommend but you need to allow lots of time to complete it.

The Puzmat was perfect entertainment for us 3 adults on Christmas Eve 😊 It kept us riveted for 3 hours. It's an excellent alternative for those who love solving puzzles in Escape Rooms. Will definitely buy another version 😊

Absolutely brilliant idea for a game. I bought the puzmat for something different to do with the teenagers over Christmas. It was a huge success, we sat, we chatted, we worked it out together. Safe to say we will be trying the other ones.
