We are a small but very passionate sourdough business based in London. From growing our sourdough starter to being obsessed with the best ingredients and techniques we hope to bring the joy of baking bread to more homes. We try to use the most sustainable ingredients and packaging where we can, which includes almost zero plastic when shipping (minus the packaging tape) and sourcing flour from local British mills.

Arrived quickly, with good information. Not baking in next 24 hours so placed in fridge as explained in instructions

Not impressed at all
I was not impressed with the Lame for scoring Sourdough loaves. Cheap and no instructions with it.

Good quality product
Arrived quickly, with a flour feed. In good size screw top jar. Lovely active sourdough, great smell and flavour. Instructions included for care and use

Can’t recommend this company highly enough. Super speedy delivery and an amazing starter! Have named mine Flo-Jo after the great athlete as she’s really strong and active. Makes fab bread, learning through trial and error about bulk fermentation time etc but having lot of fun. Looking after my starter has also given me the confidence to have a go at other home ferments so I’m making some sauerkraut! Thank you Maria for great service and product!
