Purchased yesterday. Followed instructions with Groupon i.e. register/log in etc and provide information. Redeem button used. Nothing received. Have now gone through the process twice and have received nothing. When Contact or help requested, nothing....

The price point made me skeptical whether this is legit. But I didn't have much to lose.

The instructions were simple so anyone can follow. And the software works as promised. I could not ask fo anything more! 10/10 would recommend.

Office for Mac purchase went well. Needed some help for installation and the help desk were quick to respond and within a short time all was resolved.
Price was great and the support was great.
Thank you team.

Had a question about office 2024 through Groupon. I got a thorough reply with the exact help and instructions to over come my license issue.
Purchase through Groupon was fast and painless. Download link and license key supplied just a few seconds after purchase.

Great shop doing what they say, no bull, no pain, just good items with excellent support.

Great! Works perfect

Seems like im not the only one experiencing the software failure. can someone reach out and provide assistance

Purchased low cost Microsoft Office package via Groupon. Everything was fine at first, prompt delivery of voucher, easy installation and Microsoft Office worked fine BUT after 5 weeks I got a pop up from Microsoft whilst trying to open a Word document saying the installation was 'unauthorised'. None of Word, Excel, Powerpoint would work.
Serves me right "if it looks too good to be true ....."
Groupon need to take action here.

I bought an offer from groupon - it seemed too good to be true and it was - lasted a month then expired. Says it’s lifetime.
You can’t talk to anyone as no one answers the phone, no one answers your emails and the live chat function doesn’t work.

Excellent service, did have an issue but this was dealt with straightaway (within 30 mins).
Would highly recommend.

I have had issue in installing Office 2024. The phone number contact does not ever answer. My voicemails are ignored.
The live chat does not open when you click on it.
I have sent numerous email requested some help, with no effect. It has been a week.

THIS IS A SCAM , YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Perfect office subscription. Easy to redeem and install. Quick email delivery.

The aftersales service is the best I have received over the internet.Their attention to details and ongoing support meant that what to me was a major issue became a simple solution for them.

Would alsways come back to them if further help required or new products needed.

I would reccommend them to anyone who is looking for software at competitive prices

The SW was easy to download and install.  It worked great.

It was quick and easy instruction to follow, It installation took very quick.

Thank you.

After multiple attempts in activating my Microsoft office purchase, The final provided key worked (with a removal & re-install).
Through it all, my emails were were responded to in relative short order, and never rudely.

As an elderly customer, I was delighted that the installation process was very easy and user friendly. I was also extremely happy with the price. Great deal, thanks.

Extremely pleased with the product and the after sales is exceptional. I contacted several times as I’m not the best with computers and nothing was too much trouble.
I’m up and running and would highly recommend this company 5*
