To be honest, I have to say that tool is horrible, why we have to spend our money to continue? I have deleted this code from my website.

Having been a longstanding customer of GetSiteControl, I can confirm with certainty the product they offer, and their customer service is second to none! The exemplary level of service I have received throughout has always been the greatest and if necessary, they will always go the extra mile to resolve my query. All in all, I was lucky to discover their company many years ago, and I have never had cause to look elsewhere. I truly recommend GetSiteControl for all your interactive website needs.

A very powerful solution that offers widgets for websites with numerous use cases. Simple to use and style but with the ability to do more complex targeting and personalisation. Also fantastic support, one of the best I've dealt with. Oh and exceptional value.

Cierto es que tiene algunas limitaciones en el compositor de diseño, pero en cambio en triggers, condiciones, integraciones, y en general de configuración es muy potente y a la vez bastante sencillo y flexible de usar. Hemos probado muchos sistemas de popups / cro, y getsitecontrol por ahora es el que más nos esta convenciendo.
La integración con eventos analytics es perfecta, y las integraciones con sistemas de email y automation son completamente personalizables y usando toda la capacidad de integración, no el simple registro, se pueden enviar muchos más datos y actualizar información continuamente.

Getsitecontrol makes beautiful widgets that perform well and have really great analytics built into the platform. The drag and drop editor is incredibly easy to use.

My only complaints:
(1) Customization is a bit tricky when you try to manipulate templates (but I understand why that's the case)
(2) Load speeds get hurt in Google Lighthouse when installing Getsitecontrol. Having said that, any popup tool will have that issue. But I think the team should continue to focus on speed and size to ensure clients can meet ever stricter Page Experience standards.

Overall, any time we have an issue support is there within minutes to offer step by step tutorials and actionable advice in real-time > they even often write code for us so we can copy/paste into the CSS editor when we need stuff. The service is A+ and is the main reason we wouldn't consider switching or exploring other tools.

We are very happy with the targeting/segmenting functionality and the great design possibilities. It might be good to taper on the impact that ad/blockers and 3rd party behaviours could have on the app. For the moment all is fantastic.

I have been using GetSiteControl for a while, mainly for online surveys, but also popups. The customer service has been fantastic compared with other competitors - customer service are super easy to reach via the chat widget on the site.

Getsitecontrol is fantastic! The customer service if there's ever an issue is second to none - there is always someone on hand to help with any coding issues. Great tool as well for running website promotions or sign up messages and lots of different design options to suit what you're looking for.

Great product, great service. It's really easy to setup, I got my widgets up and running in just a few minutes. Support is also very reponsive. My recent issue was resolved in a few hours. Definitely would recommend Getsitecontrol if you want to use custom widgets on your website without going through lots of coding hassle.
