This assessment is more useful than those you usually see online or in team building exercises at work. This is because it focuses on your baseline and who you are consistently rather than the skills or attributes you display in the role right now. I like the way the flip side of your archetype are positioned as edges - things to be aware of rather which focus on your energy and your impact rather than being positioned as things to fix.
I found Shemoon extremely helpful to help understand what my management style is and how to embrace it in my career.
