They were able to replicate my problem and could not solve it and forwarded it to the dev team. Emmy followed up and gave me a work around solution to download the report that I needed. She is AWESOME!! Thank you! -Laurie

There are some features I would love to see in future updates to the app. But whenever we have encountered an issue for our particular business model, the RentCheck team (Brett Perry and Jack from the online chat) have been so helpful in finding a custom solution for us. Excellent team, excellent product, will be even better with some tweaks for customization!

I've been enjoying the recent updates from RentCheck. My company and I also appreciate the new dashboard overall view and statistics. Jack is also my favorite representative. He is always quick to respond and very helpful.

The RentCheck team has been extremally helpful during our onboarding, and even before we decided to go with them. All our questions were answered thoroughly and quickly, and they kept us up to date when new features were available. We're excited to begin doing our inspections through them, as it seems it will be a huge time saver for us.

Parks Property Management was using a competitor solution for many years and always had issues with residents completing their move-in and bi-annual inspection. Since switching our ratio of completed inspections has skyrocketed to 95% from 60%. Users have said it's so much easier to complete them. We also love they integrate with another WO management system called Latchel and when an inspection has flagged items it's so quick to create WOs now and saves tone of time data entering.

I was unable to see any delete option to remove a past tenant from a property in the Residents Section. So I contacted the Support and they have done it without any delay which is very much appreciating factor for the whole RentCheck Team. I am very much happy with the quick response and support these guys provides

By allowing our residents to easily perform a thorough routine inspection themselves with RentCheck, we are able to complete more inspections in a shorter period of time. We also love that we can use RentCheck for our own onsite renewal and move-out inspections. Plus the reports look great and provide property owners with just the perfect amount of information. Too little, and we would have questions to answer . . . too much information, and we would have questions to answer. RentCheck supplies a happy medium!
