J’ai effectuée ma commande en février (19 février 2021)et au jour d’aujourd’hui ,je n’ai toujours rien reçue !
Le service client se rabat derrière le fait que le transporteur n’a pas encore appliqué les taxes complémentaires au colis qui est toujours actuellement en France .Maintenant ils m’annoncent que c’est à moi de contacter GLS afin d’être livrée alors que je ne dispose d’aucune référence pour le transporteur français mais seulement celle de « Parcel Force Worldwide »transporteur local .

Il sont très rapide pour ce qui est d’encaisser les achats mais pour ce qui est de s’assurer que les clients ont bien été livrés c’est loin d’être garanti .

En tout cas c’est la première et dernière fois .

This is an absolute gem of a shop. The knowledge of the owners is tremendous and the welcome you get in the shop is something else. During the pandemic they’ve got a fantastic online offering that helped us with a few birthday present ideas! Packed with thi by a you never knew you wanted!

since the pandemic, i've tried to avoid ordering from amazon etc, but struggled with finding somewhere with reasonable prices and customer service. i would 100% recommend GRC, i've ordered monthly from them since september and always get a sweet little card with my order. the only time shipping took a little longer than normal, i contacted them to check on my order and it arrived the next day. i'm never going back to amazon now :)
