GetPop is a company you can rely on. I love their product. I understand that it’s not good for you but if I am going to use it, GetPop is my go to company. The customer service is second to none. I have been ordering from them for a long time. So if you are going to vape, GetPop.

My subscription keeps getting canceled because you stop selling the products that I enjoy. And it is getting increasingly difficult to find the flavorless vapes which are the only ones that I use. Flum carries the only truly flavorless vapes. Other brands claim to be flavorless but have fruity notes that I hate. And now you no longer sell Flum.

Get pop is by far the BEST 👌 👍 online store for vapes! They're very fantastic at getting your merch out to you FAST. I live in Pa. I've had to order some stuff from other online vape stores THAT ARE CLOSER TO ME (Like NY for example)& the get pop merch comes from further away & still gets to me faster! Even it it's ordered at the same time. They have a great variety &I've been a customer since June 2021. If you do have an issue their customer service is also FAST at getting back to you. Normally in a couple hrs. Which is very impressive for an online store that is THAT BUSY. I'd recommend Get Pop to absolutely everyone!

This company used to be absolutely first rate. Great selection, good price, fast reliable shipping, and responsive customer service. Something happened and whoever is making decisions decided money first, customer experience- who cares. The website is full of 3/4 products they dont even carry. Week after week now. Dozens of products to sort through they never even carried. Shipping used to be 3 days UPS - now- some no name budget carrier that takes 14+ days to deliver, and thats if you get it at all. Customer service is of no help if something goes wrong. You will be left with empty platitudes, generic replies, and zero actual solutions. 4 months ago I would've recommended this company to everyone. Now my best advice is to run away quickly. Its a mess.

There was a small issue with my order but get pop took such good care of me and resolved my issue promptly. I will continue to do business with them

Customer service is excellent and quick with this whether a lot of things Don't make the trip from Florida to Las Vegas in great shape but they take care of it thank you

They respond quickly to any inquiry, and the delivery is fast. I’m completely satisfied with their service, and you can trust them. Their prices are reasonable as well. I received a defective vape, and they refunded my money in less than three days. They are very responsive and honest. I highly recommend dealing with them.

El pedido llega bien y óptimas condiciones ,solo que los pedidos no se me realizen con FedEx el último pedido no me lo dejaron en la puerta y se extravío aun no aparece ya realize reclamación con ellos .UPS siempre me lo a dejado en mi puerta es el único inconveniente que tenido por lo demás todo perfecto👍

I’ve always had good experiences with the site until recently. My last order had one dead vape…I guess that’s not bad considering the amount I e ordered, but still unacceptable. They recently also changed their payment method and only accept Visa and American Express. That seems rather limiting. Oh well…I’m sure they will see a dip in their business.

Great quick delivery and prompt support for a defective unit. Amazing!

Nice person to buy from and they now have what I vape with which is Cuban tobacco fume 2500 puffs which when I went from tobacco I found this the only one to replace it with 500 or so later you could say it is the BEST ONE for people like me who tried every thing else there is in tobacco flavors over the past 12 years or so thank you GetPop!!!!

Shipping and product are fabulous

I love this vape store such a good selection & very fast shipping. Alot cheaper than the stores. I have recommended this company to a lot of people. I wish it would give me a discount for referrals...

Website won't work can't order! I've been a customer for years due to changes to their website I can no longer order. I was placing 2 orders a month and that doesn't seem to matter to Sabrina who is quick to dismiss my business without even attempting to help me. All they have to do is help me retrieve my password which they obviously refuse to. Poor poor customer service if you have a problem you will be done with them permanently not out of choice they will force you to do business elsewhere!

Absolutely amazing!!! A literal god send ! Lol have been smoking vape pens for 5 yrs and have tried some sites and although ideally would like for shipping not to be so expensive, that’s how they all are . Aside from that though, pens are always functional & come on time ! I wish I could shout from the rooftops how awesome this site is lol 💜
