Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your leak detector sensor!
Our team reviewed your system. We found that there might be some conflicting tasks on your sensors; a couple of them include the door task plus the leak task. Generally the sensor needs to "feel" what it's detecting, to accurately detect a water leak the pins on the back of the sensor need to get wet for a couple seconds. It's possible that a sensor can get wet and detect water even if it's attached to a door, but that would be a unique scenario.

Our team may be able to offer some advice to optimize settings and reduce any extra alerts that you may be receiving. For example, you can take advantage of home/away mode switching and then set your sensor so that it doesn't alert you when you are home.

Super easy install
Super easy install, choice of sensor setup and monitoring. Water detection, temperature, smoke alarm monitoring, garage door monitor, open door/window detection these sensors can check them all! I’ve ordered several of these for complete home monitoring and crisis avoidance!

Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear that your system has been less-than-reliable! To troubleshoot, I recommend re-syncing your sensor to get it back on track. In the app, click on the effected sensor door task, then click on "Settings" and click "Sync Door Task."

Only open/close sensor is reliable!
Frequent false alarms about rising temperature! I have left the aircon on and measured the temperature with a reliable termometer. Can you believe the temperature in my garage/kitchen has gone above 85 degrees when the aircon is open, and other thermometers never go beyond 45 degrees?

I have four Notion devices. Love them
I have four Notion devices. Two monitor smoke and two monitor leaks. I love them and feel much safer knowing that I will receive an alert well before the fire department even gets a call.

Awesome System
Notion a super way to protect your home and family. The leak detection is important as well as all entryway. Easy install for sure. I’m 80 years old and took me a total of 30 minutes to install 9 sensors.

Absolute trash
Total waste of time. The app constantly signs you out, so the whole notification/alarm function is entirely useless. And although it lets you set it up as though you won’t receive certain notifications while you’re at home, whenever you are logged in, you’ll still get an alert every time you open a door. Live with another human person? Yeah. It won’t recognise that they’re one of the people meant to be in the house (their phone, anyway), and not alert you every time they open the door, despite your settings. The whole system is complete trash. Don’t waste your time.

This product is really bad
This product is really bad, the signal drops off and it's almost impossible to reconnect, it's a waste of money and time. YOU LITTERALLY HAVE TO RECONNECT IT EVERY DAY. ITS A ZERO STAR FOR ME.
