Excellent experience
Excellent service from start to finish of receiving the Notion Sensors. They were recommended to us through the Insurance Company for our House and Contents Insurance and could not be happier

needs work good idea though…
well when our modem resets it loses conention and hard to have to re set up should auto reconect. we are in australia and cant even change the temp from F to C
other wise they are a good idea though

The service is just ok
The service is just ok. The the sensors are often wrong and regularly require re-syncing. Overall I find the system unreliable enough that I have all notifications disabled. I only keep it for the discount I get on my home owner’s insurance. As soon as I switch insurers, I’ll trash the system and stop using it.

I will say that I didn't know how much the temperature swings in my home with the air conditioner running. It has been an eye-opening thing when I got Notion! I put one in the bathroom, one in the store room by the water heater, and one in my bedroom. They are working rather well so far but, I still don't have any leaks, thank the Lord. I hope I never do.

got it for free because of insurance…
got it for free because of insurance promo. installed and has never worked correctly and called customer service but they were closed. that's not much of a service. they did email me to reset but that's what i have been doing. bridge wont connect or if it does the sensors go off all the time. total was of time even for a free be. DO NOT get. mine is going in the trash and anyone ask me in the future, piece of @#$%

These sensors work most of time. However; they also activate for no reason at times. No matter how many times I setup not to notify me when at home I keep getting notifications

Potentially useful technology. I initially found that sensors monitoring doors generate a huge number of false warnings if a door is left ajar - no issues when it is fully closed or open. It is useful to be notified of doors being opened and closed and conditions in our home. Notion’s support proved to be very responsive and resolved the false alarm issue.
