Total lack of communication.
The webpage indicates approximately the process should not take long. It might have said 1 week but I'm not sure. After 4 weeks, I reached out to the company with an email, asking for a reply and an update. After another week of silence I instructed AMEX to cancel the payment and to get a refund for me. . Another week and I received an email telling me that my concern would be sent to the legal team. I know that a process like this often takes longer than expected at time, however, the extended delay and lack of communication was very disappointing. After I submitted this I finally got another email citing computer issues. Still a full week of no reply to a customer email citing a total lack of communication. Sorry, not for me.
