On-line shop easy to navigate. Lots of information about products. Fast delivery. The dog treats I chose (lamb braids, beef head skin, buffalo tendons) have kept our Labrador entertained. They take her a while to demolish, whereas other treats are gone in seconds.

NAW probably the best all natural treats on the market. No additives or fillers , hormones etc just animal parts and offcuts. My dog is obsessed with goats, lambs and buffalo ears, lamb and beef braids, fish cubes, hairy rabbit ears, lamb and beef tails and now their new range of pates. Absolutely fabulous value and super fast delivery. Will not but any other brand now we have found NAW.

The actual product is very good and my dog, who has a sensitive digestion has no reaction to the buffalo tripe.
However I don't like that it's more expensive to buy from the manufacturer than Pets at Home. Neither do I like that when I contacted them, they never replied.

**Please read this if you are a small dog owner**

My partner and I purchased these treats for our 9 year old, Parsons Russell. After a bath (which he hates, like most dogs) we decided these would be an amazing treat for being such a good boy. We are VERY responsible dog owners, and dog lovers. We read the care label which stated, suitable for dogs 4 months & up and make sure they have access to water. We supervised our dog while he ate and enjoyed the treat and he had access at all times to water.

Our dog became increasingly unwell within a day of eating the treat. Constantly vomiting & not being able to keep any of his regular food down for longer than an hour at a time. Obviously concerned, we took him to the vets who checked him over but told us it looked like a virus and to give him 24/48hrs.
He got progressively worse over the coming days and began becoming violently sick alongside frequent diarrhea, so we took him back to the vets for a blood test. The results came back and showed that everything was normal other than a high white blood cell count that signified he was trying to fight something off.....Only he wasn't.....

We were given anti sickness tablets, paracetamol and an electrolyte drink and told to keep our eye on him but we could see he was deteriorating as time went on.

24hrs later we had enough and booked in an X-Ray, at this point, the head vet and surgeon came in, felt his intestines and told us he had something stuck in there and if they didn't operate he'd die within hours.

Now this dog, as I'm sure is the same in many homes across Britain, is our world. We had no guarantee he'd make it through.
The vet called us back to collect him, he'd made it, but they had to cut away 15cm of intestine that had ruptured and sew him back together, he then showed us what was stuck in there - we knew as soon as we saw it and he confirmed, it was in fact your treats that had got stuck.

We were told to take him home and give him 24hr care for 2 weeks to make sure his new insides all worked as there was zero guarantee.

We almost lost our world, a month of pain, misery and heartbreak, not to mention the, almost four thousand pounds, spent on making sure he was Okay, we have decided enoughs enough, thanks to these "treats" - The warning isn't clear enough and we have not had a satisfactory response from NAW, so we really want to make sure all dog owners never have to be put through what we were and PLEASE do not feed them to smaller dogs.

Let me make this clear, our dog did not choke, he didn't wolf the treat down in one and he had access to water AT ALL TIMES, the treat was STUCK so far in to his INTESTINES, he had FIFTEEN CENTIMETERS cut out and part of his stomach.

Please take so much care and precaution when thinking about buying these.

Recently I ordered some products from their website but unfortunately the package got damaged during transport and one of the products ended up missing at delivery. I contacted them about it and they not only were incredibly nice but also sent me three of the missing item as an apology. Definitely will buy regularly from their website in the future.

My dog has one of the buffalo steaks to go to bed with every night - he loves it!

Have ordered previously but current order of 20 bags 10% underweight in every bag ... Obviously now also using much younger birds as feet much smaller very small in comparison to previous order last my dog less than a minute or 2... I will go back to 3kg bags I used to get on Amazon now as NAW are now using cheaper smaller feet and under weight bags which is totally unacceptable. Customer Service not interested now they have the money

I would have to disagree with how promptly you look into customers issues as I have contacted you through your contact page and via email and instagram to no avail.. Now I post a bad review you contact me..
I have pictures and video of a zeroed scale check weighing some bags as low as 217g or as high as 274g.... But mainly underweight. send me a a return label and I will send bags back for a refund.
You admit you have changed to a smaller foot which actually means smaller shards !! And the less likely hood of larger does chewing.. My 7 month old GSD can chew one of these young small legs in seconds in comparison to the older birds that kept him occupied for much longer... I can get 3kg bags of these smaller feet on eBay far cheaper than you. So you have lost a customer that orders between 10-20 bags a month from yourselves and Pets at Home between myself and wife for our dogs

Recently purchased beef skin and lamb trachea for my dog as her usual treats were out of stock. These were advertised as "natural". I buy the same items from another leading retailer so I automatically assumed I was purchasing the same items. WRONG !! Upon opening the bag they absolutely stunk. Her usual treats do not. I chanced it and thought they look fine and she seemed keen to try them. After 6 episodes of vomiting and two bouts of runny poos. It was apparent that these were the issue. I will NEVER purchase these again. Lesson learnt.
