Accommodating service
Amy, is very accommodating & so is all of Mindful from what I’ve experienced. I travel for work and this is the only way that I can receive prescriptions. It’s been a life changer.

Using this service 4 years, they always are prompt with responses and appt inquiries. Would recommend for an alternative doctor that you don’t need to drive an hour to get to.

Amazing
Every single person I have worked with, spoken with is truly just amazing. They actually care about your health and your wellness and will go out of there to make sure their patients are taken care of. I absolutely love Mindful! Mindful health has been a great resource while I have been in between health coverage. It is easy to use and I have appreciated speaking with the expert care team and my doctors. They also have quick and helpful customer service - Harry just helped me schedule an emergency follow up appointment with ease and grace. I was able to book an appointment with…
I was able to book an appointment with a doctor the same day and confirm my ADHD diagnosis. When it came time to finding a pharmacy, I worked with Lin in customer service and she was so helpful. She reached out to multiple pharmacies on my behalf to make sure they had the medication in stock before transferring the prescription over. Everyone was incredibly helpful and professional!

customer support excellent help
Customer support called over 5 different pharmacies in my area. Checking to see if any of them had my medication on hand due to a shortage. This was excellent customer service and I am very grateful for it.
