Getting my prescription was pretty easy…
Getting my prescription was pretty easy. I thought the assessment was as thorough as when my GP did their assessment. I did have a little issue with the pharmacy but they got it figured out. My second month I asked for a change in the dosage. I sent a message online and didn’t get a message back. I ended up calling and speaking to Hope who told me I would need to meet with the provider and was able to schedule me for the next day. Overall good service.

I had a small issue with the way the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. I messaged through the Mindful website early on a Friday, and they received it, called the pharmacy, straightened out the issue, and called me with all the information, so precise that I didn’t have any questions at all for them at that time. His name was Michael and he was absolutely wonderful.

I have been a patient for over 3 years. My provider, Catherine, is wonderful and understanding. When there has been an issue with my pharmacy, the customer service people have solved the problem and let me know that it’s been resolved.
