Buyer beware…
I’ve had the peppermint flavor of your other products and it tasted good. This product flavor was discussing and rancid. The smell was terrible and the color was completely disgusting. The product was a complete failure. I can’t believe you sold this product and it has completely made me loose faith in your product. Considering the ridiculous price you charge for such small amount of product I expected better. I’ve since purchased the Boka brand toothpaste and love it. Tastes great, my teeth feel cleaner than ever and it’s very affordable. Buyer beware, don’t buy Live Fresh products, it’s a total scam.
It worked
It worked. I've been using it for three months, and it's removed the tartar. The enamel is also slowly, but definitely, restoring. It's no good for whitening. Like others, I have also noticed some increased sensitivity and tooth pain, but nothing serious at this point. The big negative is the cost. At $80 (AUD) per month's supply, it's out of reach for most people. My advice: use it to fix the problem (restore enamel/remove tartar), then switch to something else with a good reputation (a German brand comes to mind) that uses a different active ingredient and is affordable, and use Livfresh occasionally.
It was an okay experience overall
It was an okay experience overall. Everything worked in the end, but the process felt a nit slower than i expected.
The gel is trash
The gel is trash. Doesn’t stay on the brush and they have super dark patterns around trying to cancel.

If you make a single purchase they somehow set you up for recurring shipments you can’t cancel
I made one order and received it. The company then put me on a recurring purchase via Shopify which I did not order. I called them but it went straight to voicemail, no response. I emailed, I did not even get an acknowledgment email. I tried to cancel on Shopify but apparently don’t belong to Shopify so I can’t cancel without opening an account. So, after searching a while, I found the recurring payment on the LivFresh site but when I try to cancel it takes me to a video about how I shouldn’t cancel and then it only offers a 2 or 4 week delay, no cancel option anymore, so I tried to remove my card information and it won’t allow me to do that either. I filed a claim against them with my bank. Mind you this is in “pending shipping” status so I should be able to cancel it or AT LEAST cancel the ongoing orders but nope. They are shady! Don’t buy anything from them or they will set you up with a recurring bill forever.
Awful tooth pain
Did it make my teeth feel cleaner ? Yes, and the whitening strips worked pretty well, too. But I’ve been using livfresh paste for maybe 5 months now, and for the first time ever in my life I’m experiencing this awful pain and sensitivity in multiple teeth. (And I just saw dentist, so I know I don’t have cavities). I’m gonna switch to a different toothpaste and see if the pain goes away. I regret spending the money.
Awesome Product
I had very low expectations when my wife ordered it. I decided to try it and quickly realized what a great job it was doing in whitening my teeth. I have tried many options over the years to whiten my teeth - from pastes to trays to professional applications. Nothing worked - until Livfresh. I can't believe how white they have made my teeth in a very short time - weeks. Awesome product.
Cleans well
I’ve been using this toothpaste for two years now. While the tube is small, it lasts a long while. I use a pea sized amount twice a day, and one tube lasts about 10 months. While it doesn’t live up to all its hype, it does a great job cleaning teeth and mouth. I did not get it for whitening, so I wasn’t disappointed in the lack of brightening my teeth. I purchase through Amazon, and the savings are significant. They just came out with a mouthwash that I’m going to try.
Love the product
I see all the reviews of people that have ordered from their website and thankfully I didn't order direct. I have been ordering from Amazon since Aug 2025 and I love this product. Though it doesn't whiten, I didn't buy it for this purpose I bought it for cleaning my teeth and gums. I do love the way my teeth feel and have noticed a difference in gum health. It does take a bit to get use to but I use the foamless versions of the toothpaste.
For some reason this is showing I reside in Canada but I live in USA.
If only…

If only they could combine their cleaning technology with a brightening technology it would then be a great product.

Order on December 15
Order on December 15, 2025. Customer service number kept in hanging up, no live person. Wrote an email pertaining to where my order was that was tacked on to my credit card on December 16, 2025. No response. Package tracking number assigned in first week of order was picked up by UPS in first week in January 2026, 3 weeks later. I am canceling future orders. Was told it will be expected on January 9th or there after. Was plopped on my doorstep out in freezing cold today January 6, 2026. Thank goodness I walked out my door and brought in to thaw. Terrible, terrible German runned company. Like Aldi’s and Lidl ‘s they skimp with the help. I cannot deflate their excellent product. But I’ll spend my money with a store or Amazon and buy regular toothpaste after this shipment is gone. Good riddens LivFresh your customer service and delivery sucks. Just like all the review say. Too bad I did not find this site about their dreadful service to customers sooner.
Deceptive Shipping Practices
Similar feedback many others have indicated here. Placed an order, supposedly shipped the next day. No updates to the shipping for several days, received an automated email from the company indicating they noted no updates, but to be patient. Waited longer, looked up reviews again and found this to be a pattern. Sent them a message on their website, supposedly would receive an answer within "a few hours". Several days came and went, I put in a dispute with my credit card company. This seemed to get their attention as I finally received a response. I requested my order be cancelled and a refund issued, this was ignored. 2 days later I received notification the package (which I requested be cancelled) had been picked up by UPS and would be delivered. I indicated again that I wanted the order to be cancelled, to which the customer service representative said I could refuse delivery (yes, except that UPS left it on my porch). When I let them know the product had been delivered, I was provided instructions to return the product at my own cost. When I pushed back on this, I was provided a return label, and an indication of a refund, but not for the entire amount of my purchase - I was still going to be responsible for tax and the supposed "Guaranteed Shipping Protection + Priority Handling" - I think when I placed the order this was framed as "shipping". From what I can tell, the toothpaste does help with plaque but is very expensive. I never opened the box, but it is very small for the number of things I ordered.
Emails about toothepaste every day for the rest of your life
The toothpaste is okay. Very small tube with a large price tag. It does clean well but doesn’t do a ton for breath freshening or whitening.
What’s worse is that the company will email you EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. About toothpaste. I’ve gotten as many as five emails in a single day. Their customer service apologies and swears I’ve been unsubscribed and then I keep getting emails. They apologize again and say they will escalate the issue to technical support and then they disappear.
I started commenting on the ads I see on social media. Same thing. Apologies and asking me to message them but no response when I point out there is no messaging option. After I informed them they are in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act, they blocked me on Facebook.
I will never do business with Livfresh again.
The toothpaste is actually great
The toothpaste is actually great. But the customer service and shipping departments are beyond dreadful. They don’t respond. My order is lost. I ended up canceling the subscription.
Ordered Toothpaste tubes and mouthwash…
Ordered Toothpaste tubes and mouthwash in November. Similiar story to other reviewers in early December got a notification of a label being created for UPS. On or about December 19th got a notification that UPS was going to pick up the product and that I would receive it on 1/2/26. As far as I can tell the product hasn't shipped yet and it's been over 2 months. Got two e-mail responses from their Customer Service apologizing for the delay. But other than this tea and sympathy response no real offer to make good other than confirming the 1/2/26 date. At this point I would never give them another dime as they seem all about clever marketing and sales with at best a terrible back end in terms of fulfillment. Don't waste your money run don't walk away from this operation.
I've been waiting for my order for almost three weeks
My experience is identical to other reviewers. Placed an order on 12/02/25, received an email on 12/11 which said that they were waiting for UPS to pick up my package, and another email on 12/15 which said that they were still waiting for an update from UPS. I replied to the 12/15 email, asking them to contact UPS, and I sent a message yesterday, 12/19, on their website. I couldn't find a telephone number to call.
I called my credit card company, and they have filed a merchant dispute on my behalf.

Nearly identical story as other reviews. Paid for the heavily promoted mouthwash, Dec 4. Label created and awaited shipment by USPS. I started inquiring on Dec 11, to be told USPS has it, and one sentence later, USPS has not picked it up. By Dec 14, I requested a refund due to lack of movement. Customer service apologized, and offered 10% refunded. At this point I did not want a discount on a product I've never received, I wanted a full refund. Another email from customer service promised a full refund on 12/16 if I didn't see the shipment moving. Dec 18 I have requested the refund. Today they've processed a 10% refund and told me they couldn't cancel the order but I could wait for it and then return it and seem to have zero record of the promised refund. This feels very scammy to me, although I loved the toothpaste I purchased from them prior to this order. Going to my bank to file a disputed transaction. Then on to each and every social media outlet I can find.
Bad product
Bad product - inflamed gums from using it.
I tried to return under their guarantee - and I have to bare the costs of shipping it back to the United States.
Just avoid this business.

12/9/2025: I received an email from LivFresh that the order hasn't been updated by USPS and that it will continue to watch the order status.
12/14/2025: Nothing has changed or been updated. The order still says fulfilled, the USPS status remains unchanged. I contact their support stating these facts. After submitting the message their system says "Usually replies within a few hours". I have heard nothing from them.
12/16/2025: In the same message thread, I add, Is this going to continue to be ignored? Still no reply.
12/17/2025: Tomorrow, I will be contacting my bank to reverse this charge because, clearly, you have no interest in shipping what I paid for, nor answering this issue in any way, shape of form. This is a perfect example of fraud. You've had my money since November 28, 2025, yet I have nothing to show for it. I will continue using this transcript in further reviews throughout the web and social media to ensure others do not make the same mistake I made in trusting your company.
12/18/2025: I have placed a complaint against Livionex (the parent company behind LivFresh) with the BBB. I have sent several additional contact form submissions regarding this order (#S917683) and all continue to be ignored.
UPDATE: I received a message from Livionex customer service taking full ownership of the order issues. They did in fact resolve it in a satisfactory manner.
