I‘ve been investing with income for years and so far my experience has been good. The support is quick to answer when emailing them. The only weakness has been the availability of loans, which is sometimes limited, but better a little Cashdrag than bad loans in my opinion.

Transparent communication within telegram group, relatively high interests, broadening LO and loan availability.

Working on 2FA, timeline is unclear. But as there is no 2ndary market, it's not as critical as other platforms.

This seems intentional, possibly to create a misleading image. While the interest rates are high, the platform still has areas to improve in terms of professionalism."

Three years in and Income Marketplace has not disappointed so far. I was first very skeptical when I started my P2P journey three years ago. So I did what everyone would do: I watched YouTubers talking about their experience with Income and signed up using one of those affiliate bonus codes. I started with a hundred bucks. Slowly but steadily I kept earning interest (some cents) and I also received the bonus as promised. When I discovered the Telegram group, I immediately joined and was positively surprised how pleasent the chat and how in-depth the discussion topic were. I have since added more money and received a whole lot more interest. Usually the Auto Invest functionality works fine for me. But from time to time I like to manually invest, too.
Overall I am really happy I found this platform. I greatly appreciate the direct and transparent communication to the support and even the CEO of Income and some of the LOs.

I started investing on Income last year, and I’m glad I did. The platform runs smoothly most of the times, and returns have been OK. Customer support is fine, and please add more Loan Originators.

Fast, team is responsive, easy to use

Using the Income platform for around a year. Despite small flaws like from time to time slow system everything goes well.

Iam registered at Income Marketplace since February 2022. What should i say, iam really happy. Its my biggest used P2P platform, reasons: Proper and reliable interest payments, Telegram chat with direct contact to CEO and other investors. Android app is also fine to make an "investment on the go", if required (not often). Yes, sometimes the app (and via browser) is slow. Tuesday and friday are buyback-Days (if i remember correctly), there its a bit slower. I check balance weekly, all fine. Thanks income, i will stay 😊

"Buyback initiated" defaulted loans for 2+ years, my whole portfolio consisting of over 25 loans have been supposedly buyback initiated for over 2 years, these "secured" loans are supposed to be protected though buyback protection though income company but haven't seen any money returned from these loans for years, very misleading

Terrible platform - total nightmare with support and account issues! Joined with a referral link but never got my bonus. Support kept feeding me excuses about IT being "too busy" for 2+ months. Then they actually took away interest they already paid me and completely ignored my messages about it.

Sure, the support people are nice, but they're useless at fixing anything. Can't even handle basic stuff like bonuses, so what happens when real problems come up? Clearly can't trust them with my money. Look elsewhere unless you enjoy being ignored and having your earnings disappear!

Ich muss hier leider mein für mich besonders schlechtes Ereignis von heute wiedergeben:
Thema Autoinvest:
Ich freute mich heute darauf meine eingezahlten 10K in kurz laufende Kredite zu investieren und dazu den Autoinvest über mein Mobilphone einzurichten.....da man aber diverse Einstellungskriterien (z.b. Kreditgeber, Zinsen, Laufzeiten etc.) nicht sofort im Menü des Autoinvest findet, sondern dort direkt nur wenige Eingaben möglich waren bestätigte ich den Autoinvest, in der Annahme, dass ich dann in die nächste Einstellungsmöglichkeit wie Laufzeit, Zinsen, Kreditgeber etc.gelangen würde. Falsche Annahme. Der Autoinvest war sofort uneingeschränkt aktiv und innerhalb von maximal 10 Sekunden waren die gesamten 10K in z.b. in bis zu sagenhaften 5 Jahre und 11 Monate laufenden Car rent Krediten investiert. Das war niemals mein Ziel! Warum versteckt income Marketplace die genauen Filterkriterien so, dass diese Kaum sichtbar sind???? Warum stehen diese Auswahlmöglichkeiten nicht direkt alle untereinander wenn man den Autoinvest öffnet und einrichten möchte???? Also Warnung an alle bei der Einrichtung!!!! Es wurden nur lang laufende bis zu 6 Jahre laufenden 9% Kredite von beispielsweise Autovermietungen investiert! Es war kein einziger z.b kurzlaufender höher verzinster Kredit von z.b.14% dabei. Die Performance dieser Plattform ist somit sehr sehr schlecht. Man ist nun in langlaufenden schlecht verzinsten Krediten von Laufzeit bis zu knapp 6 Jahren investiert!!! Das hätte ich nie bewusst gemacht. Also Warnung an alle.

The platform is growing, and so are my assets. The support is very responsive, and the Telegram chat is the best I’ve encountered in the industry. Transparency and a strong appetite for growth are what set Income apart from its competitors. I'm committed for the long term, and I hope you will be too.

Unclear Bonus explaination
I expected to receive as Bonus the 1% of my invested amount during the First 30 days.
But I received only half of what expected (+/-) due to the very unclear rule of weighted average.

On the positive note- the support lady is kind and honest.

Ive earned good money without any problem

Gute Sicherheiten, transparent, sehr bemüht, freundlich, gute Zinsen, innovativ, mittlerweile sehr guter AI.

Nicht alles klappt gut. Aufbauzeiten der Seiten oft extrem lang (bis über 2 Minuten), da ist manuelles Invest unmöglich. Einzahlbestätigung hat nie funktioniert, Statistik ist nicht aktuell, Diversifikation kaum möglich und leider akzeptiert die neue Bank (anders als die vorherige) keine Direktüberweisungen, anders als fast alle anderen Mitbewerber. So kann eine Überweisung schon mal eine Woche ohne Zinsen dauern...fast überall geht das am selben Tag...sehr ärgerlich. 15% gibt es auch nicht mehr...und ich fürchte, auch die max.14% werden mittelfristig nach unten korrigiert.
Alles ist im Wandel... momentan meine Lieblingsplattform!

Nachtrag 12/2024:
Ab sofort Zinsen Danarupiah max. 13%. Sollen jährlich sinken.
Nachtrag 02/2025:
Zinsen nur noch selten 12 %. Es geht abwärts. Die Kreditgeber testen den kleinsten noch akzeptierten Gewinn...ich reduziere mein Investment, wir haben es in der Hand.

The best rates, all works well. Support are very helpful and prompt. I'm a happy investor. there is no 2FA with the default signup method so would recommend using google auth.

Great app, could do with showing accrued interest amount also like the web page. Speaking of webpage from time to time it gets overloaded and prompts to retry - not an issue so far and has only held me up by 20 mins from accessing my account.

As to security of funds, only time will tell. They did have a loan originator that went bust which is concerning and I don't think they recouped 100%

Ich bin mit der Plattform sehr zufrieden. Sie bietet gute Zinssätze und hat bisher eine tolle Entwicklung hingelegt.

Income wirkt außerdem sehr sympathisch und nahbar durch die Art der öffentlichen Kommunikation.

Eine interessante Kombi aus bewährten und neuen Maßnahmen soll die Sicherheit für die Investoren erhöhen - mir gibt das zusätzliches Vertrauen in die Plattform.

Ich würde mir für eine bessere Diversifikation zwar eine noch größere Auswahl an verschiedenen Kreditgebern und Ländern wünschen, aber hier soll wohl auch noch mehr kommen.

Ich bin auf Income Marketplace seit 2021 investiert und halte aktuell ein Portfolio von ca. 12.000 EUR. Meine Rendite liegt bei nachweislich 12,85% (nachlesbar unter passives-einkommen-mit-p2p.de).

Income Marketplace ist mit dem Versprechen am Markt gestartet, das Investment sicherer zu machen, indem man die Kreditgeber in eine Sicherheitsstruktur zwingt. Dennoch gab es bei 3 Kreditgebern Zahlungsstörungen in meiner Zeit, wo die Sicherheitsmechanismen aus erkennbaren Gründen nicht gezogen wurden.

Zudem kämpft die Plattform darum, qualitativ hochwertige und volumenstarke Kreditgeber auf die Plattform zu bekommen, was nicht so einfach scheint. Die aktuelle Diversifikation lässt also zu wünschen übrig.

Zusammengefasst: Income Marketplace hat Potenzial nach oben, aber es wird noch dauern, bis wir sie zu den Top-Plattformen zählen können.
